 + -1 moreThe house inspection part went well. He took 90 minutes to do a thorough inspection and then did a 20 minute walk-through with me. If he had provided the inspection as promised on by late Saturday, I would have given Frank Erzen a good review. Instead before I received the inspection, I was texted by a young woman that he had shared my business contact information asking for an internship. This breach of confidentiality of a client was totally unacceptable to me. He apologized and ask the woman to not contact me further but this shows some real lack of judgment on his part in sharing the information. He came recommended by my realtor and neither my realtor or myself would recommend him in the future.
Description of Work: Performed a house inspections on a rental property that I have for sale. I wanted an impartial inspection for perspective buyers to see.
