He arrived on time, explained the cleaning process clearly, and worked efficiently to get the job done. What really impressed me was his willingness to go the extra mile. After cleaning the vent, he noticed my dryer still wasn’t performing as it should. He inspected the machine and found a minor issue with the airflow, which he fixed right then and there. Now, my dryer works perfectly, and I feel confident it’s running safely and efficiently.
