+ -1 moreSome corrupted Windows updates were preventing my computer from starting. Trevor was able to correct the problem quickly. The owners are very professional and thorough. They also helped fix our business server recently and have fixed computers for some of my customers. I highly recommend their services.

I walked in and expected to have to leave my computer for at least a few days, and was pleasantly surprised that he was able to diagnose and give estimate for crack that same day-and fixed my computer 'good enough for now' due to my financial constraints. Since the part I need is hard to come by he offered to keep an eye out for it at a reasonable price, as well as explained (and showed!) to me what to look for if I found the part myself. He explained what he did, what was needed, and didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary or convince me I needed a new computer-in fact he reassured me I had a good computer. Very refreshing and appreciated! I also liked that I got a text message with a ticket number and notification when my computer was ready (: I'm really glad I found these guys and will be going back myself and recommending them to others
