Portland Bamboo Company did an incredible job. They did a beautiful job of matching the style of our craftsman house. The quality of work was very good. They do things for us all the time. They did the job a month ago.

They were incredibly smart and extrememly helpful. They were very generous in sharing their expertice even though im doing the fence myself. I would absolutely use them agian.

It went exactly as promised. The fence was put up on time and we never did encounter any problems or glitches.

Jason was able to explain options, cost, timing, and process over the phone. He arrived on time for the estimate and was very professional. He explained everything and was very helpful with ideas and information. He told me the cost and time it would take and when it could be done. All of that was exactly what he said. No surprises! They let themselves into my backyard and did the whole job while I was at work and left the bill in my mailbox. It was so convenient and easy....I came home to a beautiful new addition to my backyard. What a great experience! Thank you Jason !!!

Jason and Chris were wonderful to work with. They were clear about the numbers, and the actual costs adhered closely to the estimates (we had the work done in a couple of different parts). They were creative in bringing the design to life and excellent at solving problems in the original design. We did not end up fencing in the whole yard because of budget constraints, but look forward to bringing them back to complete the whole perimeter of the yard. While the price was perhaps a little more than we wanted to pay, we are very happy with the quality of the work, with the time-frame in which the work was completed, and with how pleasant Jason and Chris are to work with. People stop at our house on a regular basis to look at the fence/espalier/privacy screen and to ask us about them - a good sign!
