We were happy with the work they did but they billed us for more than they quoted. My husband called them and they lowered it some; but they didn't lower it to what they said in the beginning. I will not use them in the future. They were prompt and professional.
Description of Work: I used Pilot Plumbing & Heating to install a valve and a new faucet.

It was great, whatever it was...something about the wax ring in the toilet, I think. ,He did a great job, he did it fast, and he was one of the most pleasant workmen I've ever had. The cost, whatever it was, was much less than I had expected, And I did own a Hardware store for many years, so I knew what he was doing and how much it should have cost. Do not hesitate to call this man!
Description of Work: I have filed this report before--over the phone. I can't remember what he did, but I was having other work done and the workmen needed a plumber for one quick job. I called Pilot, he came out the same day...a few hours later...did a great job, whatever it was. When I paid him, he asked me if I knew why he was getting a lot of business all of a sudden. I said, of course, Angie's list!

Jeff (owner) was very responsive for our relatively small job. He was on time, on budget and did a good job. When we had a small drip from one of the new shut-off valves several days later he promptly came back out and fixed it. We would definitely recommend Jeff for similar projects.
Description of Work: As part of a complete kitchen remodel project Pilot Plumbing connected our new sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher and refrigerator ice maker. They also replaced several shut-off valves that were leaking.
