It didn't go well. Upon arrival he was already not willing to clean my carpets, then he told me that his time was not going to be worth the money and that he did not have the equipment to service my house. He also told me that my water didn't work (which it does, just tested it). He was in such a hurry to get out of here once he learned I had purchased a living social deal. Doesnt he know that I can be a repeat customer? Beyond frustrated that I just wasted half a day waiting for him and now have to put all my furniture back on uncleaned carpets.
Description of Work: I bought a cleaning service using a off site deal and after weeks of playing phone tag, he finally showed up for the appointment today, with a 2 hour window.

This customer purchased a Living Social which clearly didn't cover her type of building. It was intended for single family homes. She lived in a downtown building with hard to reach areas. I even looked through the job thinking maybe I can make an exception, but my truck mounted equipment would of not made it up to the area she wanted cleaned. I even told her on the phone this may be an issue but promised to come out and take a look anyway. I understand that it may be frustrating for the customer, but as soon as I said there's a chance our equipment will not make it to the top floor, she got very rude. At that point, I apologized and we left. Oh, and the water outside that was closest to the building also didn't work. She stated that there was another water access in some carport area behind the building. That one may have worked. I don't know.

It went very well. The cleaning was done to our satisfaction, and the ladies were very friendly. We would use the service again, but only if there were organic cleaning options available. The fumes from the cleaners they used was a bit much. We had to open the windows for a while to air it out.
