We were about to put our house on the market and wanted the windows to really sparkle for the professional photography. The windows looked amazing and we were really pleased with the service (and the house sold in less than 1 week on market so that worked out too!)

Andrew and his assistant arrived 10 or 15 minutes after the time we had agreed upon, without apology or explanation. Unlike just about everyone who has done work for us in Portland since we moved here a year ago, they did not remove their shoes or put on booties before coming into the house. Andrew had given me an estimate by email based on the size of our house, but when he saw how big our windows actually are, he added to the original estimate, which we understood and accepted. He and his assistant did the work quietly and efficiently and the end result looked good. After they left, I noticed dirt on the floor of the master bath and in the tub, which I assumed was from their tracking it in from outdoors. We also noticed that the frame of the kitchen window screen was bent. We had recently had our damaged screens replaced, so it seemed likely that they had bent it. I contacted Andrew right away and he seemed very concerned. He explained that the dirt in the master bath had fallen down when they were cleaning the skylight and that he thought it had been cleaned up. I was willing to give them a pass on that issue. He said he didn't know that his assistant had damaged the screen until after they left and offered to pay us for a new one, either by sending us the money or taking the amount off a future job. We subsequently had a new screen made, going to the screen company rather than having them come to the house to save on the cost. We mailed Andrew a copy of the invoice to the PO Box listed for his business with a note saying that we preferred to be reimbursed by check. Six weeks passed with no response from him. I wrote him a followup email giving him another chance to respond, and finally heard from him a week later. He explained that he doesn't check his PO Box often and that he had mailed me a check. We have now received it and consider the matter resolved.

Andrew Kellers and Russell arrived as scheduled to begin window cleaning in 8 homes and the recreation center in our homeowners association. They work with well-practiced, efficient movements that leave windows sparkling and screens so clean one can?t see them. We had arranged window cleaning for 11 homes and the recreation center of our homeowners association. Three homes had double-hung windows, one of those homes was 2-story. Perfect Panes PDX declined to take on the 2-story window cleaning job but will complete the other two homes with double-hung windows in September. All whose cleaning has been completed in August report satisfaction with the ?nice guys? who left their windows and screens so clean. We would suggest only one improvement: that, upon completion of their work, Andrew and Russell remind homeowners to re-lock their windows and patio doors. But they definitely earned an A rating from us.

Arrived a bit late, but called ahead of time with their time of arrival which makes everything OK in my book. Andrew (owner) and Russ were very professional and cordial. Our schnauzer is in love with Russ. Were not rushed and were careful to point out anything unusual (scratches, etc.) in the windows to us. Cleaned off the porch before they left of any water. We plan to continue with Perfect Panes for yearly cleaning and highly recommend them to others for the same. We felt they went above and beyond our expectations for a reasonable price. And whew. It was a 90 degree day!

Andrew and his partner did a great job as I have had many window cleaners over the years and he was by far the best. I am glad I used him even though he was 3 weeks out that just tells you something right there. My windows have never been so clean in 25 years at this house. I had about 40 windows to clean so the price was based on all the windows and some were high up so they needed a ladder. I am a Real Estate Broker and will definitely recommend them to my clients. Andrew was really professional. He came in and did his work quietly and very efficiently. He was respectful of my home and belongings. He worked in a safe manner, especially when working on the ladder on the second story windows. He cleaned all of the screens and he cleaned out all of the window tracks. He was friendly and did quality work. The windows sparkled after he was done. I would hire him again.

I have NOT seen them THIS GREAT since we moved in 8 years ago! Clean, courteous, professional folks. Top of the line service, great price, best job we've seen ever, and we've used many providers!

I sent a message on Sunday afternoon, not expecting a response until Monday. I was impressed to have a reply from Andrew within the hour, and we made all the arrangements by exchanging a couple more messages. Andrew was very flexible when I told him I would not be home on the appionted day but could leave a check with another adult who would be there. He was a little late but had texted me to let me know. By arrangement, he surveyed the house then texted me his price for the job, which I accepted. He was still working on the outside after dark, and I was impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. The work was great and he followed up with me this morning to make sure i was satisfied. I would not hesitate to call him again.

It took longer than he thought it would which was no problem to us. He did an excellent job in the most professional way. We are so happy with the job that we are having him come 4 times a year from now on. We had our second cleaning and everything was great!

He was very thorough, cleaned up all rain gutter debris and thoroughly cleaned all windows, window tracks, and screens. All our windows open and close so much easier now. He did a fantastic job.

My windows were very water stained, and the double panes had not been separated and cleaned for a number of years. We have an outdoor Jacuzzi pool room whose windows get water spotted on both sides from splashing kids and rainy weather. Although we live farther than their normal range of service, Andrew agreed to come to our location for an extra $50 charge to cover gas and time. Andrew and Tim arrived on time, were friendly and worked non-stop all day. They left my windows so clean you can hardly tell there is glass in the window--they actually do sparkle! Water stains are gone, and the screens are very clean too. They were careful not to leave any spills, dirt or footprints inside the house, and they were careful of landscaping around the outside of the house, too. As I fully expected, the charge to do my windows was higher than normal because the windows were extra dirty after several years of neglect. After finishing the job, Andrew quoted a much lower price for future cleaning, if I have them come out more often. I will definitely call Andrew at Perfect Panes again and I recommend them without reservation.

The owner kept in communication by confirming the appointment. He arrived on time. He worked without phone calls or other distractions for about 1.5 hrs. The windows, frames, door jams on Arcadian door all were very clean.

Excellent work! On time! Friendly. No mess left behind. His work left my windows so clear you could not be sure there was even glass in the window. Will use yearly...makes me happy to open the shades. Local man supporting his family. Cannot recommend more highly.

Perfect Panes came out within two days at the time they said they would at 3.00 in the afternoon. Andrew was awesome and had the job done pretty quick. He replaced the nails that supported the gutter with longer and stronger screws designed for gutters. He then cleaned the front gutters of the house.

The man that came was really personable and he got right in there and did everything. There were no dirty messes or anything that he did not clean up and the windows were absolutely clean. It went well. I had a groupon so it was a reduced rate and he didn't charge me over the groupon except for two windows. There was a limit on how many windows they would do with groupons. I paid over the groupon by over $20 or so. I got a really good deal.

Very polite and professional. Arrived late but called ahead to advise would be late so was not a problem. Job was done very well. Will definitely use this service again.
