Totally unsatisfactory. The contractor caused flooding damage by damaging a pipe while pressure washing the exterior. Only one coat of paint was applied and even that started peeling off after 4 months. The contractor has seen the peeling paint and promised to fix all problems, but has not done so in the last year. It also appears that the State has pulled his status, and that he does not have a current/valid bond. I recommend avoiding this individual.
Description of Work: The work included painting the exterior of my house and fixing a few locations where siding boards were bad. Contractor agreed to complete two coats of paint.
