Pretty good. Although the carpet ultimately isn't slavagable it does smell a lot better than before. At least we aren't overwhelmed with the bad order as we plan for replacing the carpet.

The 101 year old floors had not been refinished for about 30 years and were a stained mess - animals, children, heavy traffic. Now, they look brand new. There was a big (about 10 inch circumference) pet stain that has totally disappeared. Everyone involved with this company was a pleasure to work with. I have already recommended them to friends.

It was an extensive job as there was some sort of wax applied by a previous owner. Company had to come back the next day with more crew to clean that up and finish the floors. I'm beyond happy with the completed jobs. Didn't realize how nice wood floors could look in their proper state.

Steamed cleaned grout in two bathrooms. Showed up on time; friendly attitude. The only caution is that if you have thin non-sanded grout lines, the steam cleaning may knock out some of the grout depending on the condition. This required some repair on my part but everything came out okay. I'll still steam clean them next time.

We were listing our house for sale in a rush and we had PDX Carpets out to our house to see if they could deep clean the maple hardwood floors and undo some of the damage owning a lab for 12 years did to them. One of the owners, Hussain, was very honest and told us that it might help, but it would be better off refinishing. Either way the choice was ours. We decided to go for refinishing and the results were amazing. Apparently they applied something called Swedish finish which left the floor so natural and beautiful. We had a slight issue with scheduling, but nothing that their professionalism and amazing work couldn't overcome. Carpet cleaning also came out nicely. I would highly recommend this company to clean your carpets and especially to refinish your floors.

The owner said that cleaning my carpet would do more harm than leaving them alone due to the type of stains, mainly cat stool. He recommended ripping out and replacing the carpet.

They came out and was honest in letting me know that they would not be able to wash my floors, the water would get under my wood and ruin it. They were very professional and informed me to ask Angies list to refund me. I am now waiting for Angies list decision on my refund.

Cleaner was late for the appointment and upon arrival was very rude. Will never use them again. No amount of money is worth being treated poorly.
