Description of Work: I had my walkway leading up to my house replaced

Description of Work: Dug out old brick patio, enlarged patio area and sidewalk area, broke out retaining walls and widened stairs, dug drywell and re-ran downspouts to drywell. Went really well. Eager to work, seemed knowledgeable, Very nice, showed up on time and stayed late when needed. The only problems were a few areas of rough spots, some rough edges, and they did not clean up super well (handprints on the siding, some overflow of powder and ruined a plant by stepping on it and dropping some concrete but no one has noticed unless we point them out. And the edges should be covered by the yard once backfilled. They had to buy a new stamp for the patio and didn't blink an eye. Overall very good experience and happy with the final product, especially for the price.

Description of Work: My contractor hired Patrick to re-stucco my retaining wall since Patrick did a job a block away from my home. Patrick sat in his heated truck while his hired help shivered and performed the work on a cold day. The workmanship was poor and unacceptable. He had to come back twice two more times to re-do it. | |First Try: They stuccoed over the retaining wall's existing weep holes. Then proceeded to tell me there were no weep holes and if I insisted on it I needed to show them exactly where they were located. If not, they would drill into the 40+ yr old retaining wall and just make new ones. YIKES! Drilling new weep holes into a 40+ year old retaining wall is structurally insane. Lucky for me, I had "before" photos and showed them where the weep holes are located. | |Second Time: The had to find the weep holes and re-stucco the wall. They were very sloppy and left dripped stucco on the sidewalk. And, they shoved stucco into the weep holes defeating the entire purpose of the weep holes. | |Third Time: As they say... is a charm. They had to come back six months later because the stucco flaked off. | |I gave up on them and won't recommend them to anyone. I rate them low on quality for obvious reasons - three strikes you are out! I rate the a "C" on professionalism because they did come back to redo the wall....two times. Their workmanship leaves a lot to be desired.
