Very prompt rendering of an estimate which seemed very reasonable in price. The work done is impeccable. We are very pleased with how the floors came out. The 15+ year old kitchen floor which was looking pretty sad from years of chairs scuffling over them and kids" permanent marker scribbles, looks exactly like the brand-new one he installed. Sean is very dependable and pleasant to work with.
Description of Work: Sanded and refinished an oak floor in our kitchen and put in a matching floor in the adjacent living room.

I called several times to get Sean to come back and correct the installation. I left messages, but he never returned my calls.
Description of Work: Installed marmoleum floor in my bathroom. After a couple of weeks part of it bubbled up and was loose from the floor below.
