We were referred by our granite counter contractor, The Crowley's. Leslie was our contact person and had been very responsive throughout. She gave very good suggestions at various places. Everything went rather smoothly.

The installer arrived on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up after himself. After the stone work was completed, we had a little difficulty putting some of our electrical outlets back in place due to the added thickness of the stone backsplash, but the installer took care of it.

They did a fantastic job. The plan that the salesperson (Leslie Ruark) developed complimented our granite countertops beautifly and the installer (I should say artist) could not have done a more perfect job.

We bought a 1968 home as an investment property and made numerous renovations on it before renting it. Some of the renovations included rebuilding a tile shower in the downstairs bath and replacing the flooring and countertops in the kitchen. Paragon provided all of these services for us and did a WONDERFUL job! Leslie met with me on numerous occassions to discuss these projects and helped me to choose the right materials to fit within our budget. The tiler and floor/countertop installer (these were different people who came on different dates) were professional, punctual and Very skilled. They completed their projects on time and did an excellent job. I had to call Paragon to come back because the bathroom drain had been grouted in, where it was supposed to be on top of the grout (so that it could be removed if necessary). Paul came out immediately and remedied the problem. I would recommend Paragon to anyone, anytime and I will be hiring them again when we're ready to remodel OUR bathrooms!

They were great. They were here for a short time, but they were very professional and helpful. I got a better bid from somebody, but I would call them back in the future if necessary. The person who came out was great, but I was just under the assumption that people who did not have as much experience would be doing the actual work. I found somebody that had a lot more experience.

I love the work Paragon did. They took a long time to get back to me with a bid (over a month) and I thought they weren't interested but then they finally did get back to me and I hired them. Excellent work. Could be more responsive but maybe it was a fluke. The quality of work and product is the most important part, though, and they did super great with that.

Estimate was done on time and work started two weeks after I signed the contract. Because of the detail in the job, the work took two to three weeks. We used two of the bathrooms while one was being worked on. Really not much of an inconvienience. Installer was very tuned into detail. If he had any question, he would stop and contact us.

Both projects went perfectly. These projects were a long time in the making. The process began last fall when we had a conversation with a Color Tile manager at a home show in Portland. He seemed to know what we wanted. We knew from previous experience that Color Tile could also match our budget. We picked out our tile one day in their store in SE, but the manager never showed to measure our kitchen and present the bid! Forget Color Tile. We began looking for countertop companies and individual tile contractors in the Portland area. This took a lot of time and was difficult. We had sourced Paragon via a randon google internet search. We looked at two other Portland area tile company websites but their photos all looked like they preferred to serve a and quot;higher endand quot; customer. Not for us. We also liked the idea that Paragon was not far from us. We have a very nice executive style home in Tualatin but were not interested in spending thousands of dollars on a countertop. So we went to Paragon. Their residential specialist Leslie spent a LOT of time with us in two separate visits. She is a complete professional. We told her our interests and budget and she never waivered and didn't try any upselling or steering. She had many good design ideas. The recommended products in porcelain tile were gorgeous and fit our budget. Long story short on installation of the countertop and linoleum: PERFECT. My wife and I are particular and want quality workmanship in all respects. We don't pay for and quot;pretty good or almost.and quot; Paragon's installation of the new countertop and linoleum (done at two separate times) was flawless, done with old world style craftsmanship! Valery (a man originally from the Ukraine) the countertop professional, is a perfectionist and a genuinely good person. Just the kind of guy you will pay to do a job right for you the very first time. We enjoyed having him here for 3.5 days. Out linoleum installer was also a great guy and along with his son, did his work as a craftsman, very conscientious like Valery. You cannot train for conscientiousness. A person has it or they don't. Need a countertop or flooring? We recommend Paragon. Don't waste time looking and looking just go talk to them. They are down to earth, good people, practical and worthy of your business.

We stopped by the showroom in Tigard. We told Leslie what we needed and she explain the advantages and disadvantages of each type of flooring. She helped us choose what we wanted but never pushed. She always made sure we had the correct information to make an intelligent decision. She came out measured, brought us samples. When we didn't care for the colors, she contacted a different company and was able to get more samples so we could choose something we would be happy with. The workers were did an excellent job! They were there when they said they would be. They cleaned up after they finished. If they had a question about how we wanted something done, they asked and didn't assume. I can't say enough good things about Paragon Tile and Stone. I would give everyone one from Leslie the sales representative, the owners and all the contractors an A+. I would recommended them to all my friends.

They get ten stars from me. They were professional. The quality of work was good and they paid attention to detail in solving all customers’ needs.

Tile work was completed on budget and on schedule. Tile setter was very competent and pleasant to have in my home. He cleaned up his work area every evening before he left the job.

He did a good job. I would say the only complaint that I had was that the person who did the work was not able to speak good English, so, for a couple of days we had a little difficulty communicating with him. There were some places on the floor where the work was not done properly. However, I was satisfied with the price.

These guys are very skillful in fact they teach tiling at a trade school in the area. This company has been in business for years. They are slow, but do meticulous work. The foreman came around at least three times to check up on the work.

Marni, the sales rep. was quite helpful in choosing the tile and then setting up the job. The craftsman arrived on time along with his supervisor, Victor. I was impressed that Victor carefully explained the scope of the job to the craftsman and told me exactly what to expect and invited me to ask questions.There was a small problem with plug-ins but it was solved with a quick phone consultation with Victor. This company has integrity and a true sense of craftmanship. It was very important to the craftsman that I was happy with his work, which I was. They were also great about clean up both inside my home and in my garage where they set up to cut the tiles. Finally, they left us with some extra tiles for future repairs and informed us to call them when the tile settled as there would need to be a final adjustment to the grout as it dried. I was glad to have that information up front so there were no surprises or disappointments. I would hire this company again and have referred them to a customer.

It probably took about a week all together. They are all A's. They are all quality. I didn't do a lot of shopping so I don't know what to base it on.

Everything was nice and level and clean looking. They even cleaned up everything, all the trash and debris when they had finished. They were very good with communication. They really took pride in their quality and execution of the work. The value of work versus price was very good!

The workers showed up on time;they were careful to cover the hardwood floors with a protective covering. Work was done on time and they did an outstanding job! The foreman came from Paragon to check on the job at completion and make sure that it was done right and that we were happy with the work. These folks do really great work!!!

John Luttrell was professional and prompt in providing us with our bid. He gave me every confidence that the job would go well. The workmen from Paragon were exceptional in creating the special backsplash design we wanted for our kitchen. Everything looks fabulous!

Our experience with Paragon couldn't have been more pleasant. They were competitive, efficient, on time, and their installer was very knowledgeable. He knew his craft and made suggestions I wouldn't have thought of on how to do the backsplash. We were very pleased with the work and will hire them again soon to do our laundry room floor.

From start to finish this was a pleasant experience. People were friendly, my salesperson knowledgeable, and follow through was accurate. Although I had to call them to come out for a repair they were willing and able to make it work for me. I highly recommend this company, as they are skilled craftsmen in the industry. I couldn't be happier with my remodel.

They were here on time, very ablidging and did a wonderful job. I would definately hire them again.

THEY CAME TO THE JOB, BEGAN REMOVING MY KITCHEN SINK, AND THEN LEFT THE JOB BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE ALL THE V-CAP TILE. WHEN THEY RETURNED 6 WEEKS LATER, THEY BROKE THE WATER PIPE UNDER THE SINK REMOVING IT. A LARGE HOLE HAD TO BE CUT IN THE CABINET IN ORDER TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE. THIS WAS AT MY COST. THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT CEMENT BOARD ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER, BECAUSE IT WOULD BE MUCH HIGHER THAN MY STOVE. I CHANGED MY MIND, AND LET THEM PUT DOWN CEMENT BOARD ON THE BATHROOM COUNTERS, BUT THEY WOULD NEVER SEND ME A NEW CONTRACT FOR THEIR WORK. I HAVE CONTINUED TO FIND PLACES WHERE THE GROUT IS SINKING AND LEAVING HOLES. THERE IS BLACK STAIN ON MY CARPET WHERE THEY DIDN'T PROTECT IT, AND MY PLUMBING BILL HAD AN ADDED $100.00 FOR THE EXTRA PIPE REPAIR.
