We called two companies to look at tinting our west-facing windows. Only Jared responded. He came to our home with samples of his products, listened to what we wanted the film to do, and made recommendations. For the great room, we wanted minimum light blockage with maximum heat reduction and some glare reduction. Jared recommended a high-tech solution which would block a surprising amount of heat without filtering very much light. For the sliding glass door in a bedroom that faces a sidewalk, we wanted light reduction, privacy and heat reduction. Jared recommended the kind of tinting we are used to seeing (at almost 1/2 the cost of the product we liked for the great room). We liked Jared, the appearance of his product, and his proposal. So we signed a contract on the spot. He installed the tinting a few days later. Above the 2 standard glass doors are 1/2-round windows, and above the sliding glass doors and side windows are small windows, so there was a lot of fitting to do. We cannot see seams or edges. Jared said to wait about 4 weeks for all the bubbles to disappear, and they have. The only reasons we are aware of the tinting in the great room is because there is no more glare, the room doesn't get as hot, and sunsets are more vivid (like using a camera filter). This tinting product was well worth the price, and we definitely recommend it. The choice for the bedroom was appropriate, because it is slightly reflective and provides the privacy we wanted.

I needed heat and light protection from 2 skylights and the front room windows. I called them and they sent an agent within two days to bid the project. They scheduled the work 3 days later. The installer showed up on time and finished the work within 2 hours. They were very clean and professional. Everything was cleaned before they left. The product is warrantied for life.

It went very well - the person who provided the original quote and the person who installed the window tinting were punctual and professional.

I called in the afternoon on Thursday after seeing their rating on Angie's list. Dale Gray was here on Friday with a very reasonable estimate and explanation of what window tinting does and many samples to see. They were able to install on Monday. Very Fast. Jared came right on time and very quickly and professionally installed the tint. He put down protection on our floors and completely cleaned the windows before putting on the tint. Cleaned up and left. He was very polite and friendly. The tinting works just as we expected!

The estimate was easy and low pressure which I appreciated. He was very informative and left me with many samples to test. The installer was on time, even early, quick and very nice. This was a very low stress project on my part and I know it will be worth every cent. Highly recommend.
