PACIFIC WINDOW CORPORATION

The crew arrived on a Friday in the morning, ripped out all of the windows, breaking and scratching windows wood trim, cracking outside wood into slivers on several windows. Clean up was not very through, they left a lot of debris scattered all of the interior and the exterior. Windows decorations (blinds and curtains) were broken and not reinstalled on 4 windows. The wood trim around each insert was scratched and broken and not set correctly when installed, with gaps and excessive clearances. The caulking around the inserts smelled strongly of urea for several months and currently is not smooth but bubbled. The original order had the wrong arrangement of grids and took (2) months to fix. After calling the company and complaining about the job a crew showed up again. They did not finish cleaning up and nor do very well attempting to repair the errors.

I called Pacific and Jerry came out to give me an estimate. He's been doing this for 40 years, and his experience was helpful. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He and an assistant installed the windows 3 weeks after I confirmed the order. Work was done quickly and overall pretty well. I had to touch up one spot with caulk. I'm impressed with the quality of the window for their purpose(basement). Jerry is hard working and honest, I'm glad that I went with Pacific.

JERRY (THE OWNER) PERSONALLY COMES AND DOES THE ESTIMATES AND IS THERE TO INSTALL THE WINDOWS. IT IS AMAZING HOW FAST THEY GET DONE. THEY HAUL AWAY THE OLD WINDOWS AND CLEAN UP ALL THE DEBRI. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
