+ -1 moreThe bid was given in a timely manner with requested money up front and then approximately every week after that another $2,600.00 was requested. The workers came late on a routine basis, stayed two to three hours on a routine basis, maybe would come the next day and maybe not, always excuses as to why they couldn't come or stay. They started in August 2006 and left in November with the roof still leaking. I have attempted to contact them and they have not responded. I have given up at this point and will have someone else redo the roof.
Description of Work: Enlarge deck with new steps and hand rails, build roof over part of deck with needed roofing equipment, add needed gutters and down spouts, build shelves in bathroom and add doors and molding, add shelf and desk area in bedroom for computer, reinstall craw door to underside of home, clean up and remove any left over articles.

+ -1 moreCurt was a good communicator. He gave me a fair estimate for time & money. He came on a weekend and finished my small job within 4 days of my initial phone call. The work was good. He was friendly and very easy to do business with.
Description of Work: They patched holes in the ceiling of a bathroom left over from plumbing work.

+ 0 moreThey responded promptly to my request for an estimate. They communicated clearly as to what was needed for the repair and suggested ways to save money by doing some work myself. They completed the roof repair in two days and returned the third day to repair the ceiling and minor outside details. I liked getting the estimate right there the first time they came out and then they stuck to it. This made me feel that they were experienced and reliable. We have already hired them for another job to repair damage caused by carpenter ants and dry rot.
Description of Work: They repaired the roof, wall and ceiling that was damaged by a fallen tree.
