 + -1 moreLesson learned. This company will NOT take back unused material if a return is needed. If the material is a special order, which apparently most if it is, they will not do returns. ASK before you order, and make sure you are ordering the exact amount you need, otherwise you are S.O.L.

 + -1 moreThis experience was a nightmare! We went and picked out the granite two months ahead of time so it would be ready when we needed it. When they arrived to install it, which they were late for, they had apparently lost our order and tried to substitute it with poor quality and wrong color slabs. We sent them away and hired someone else to do the work. I will be steering clear of this company in the future.
Description of Work: They were supposed to install two granite countertops in our 14 x 16 foot kitchen.

 + 0 moreThese guys were really nice. You visit their showroom and they let you wander around their warehouse looking at slabs you like. They are suppliers only, and work with your fabricator. The guy you check in with isn't always at the front desk, so you may have to wait a few minutes. But they were very accommodating about helping me find specific things I was looking for, putting holds, and even sending me digital photos of slabs that I couldn't get a very good picture of on my own. I like the freedom of wandering unescorted through their warehouse, which some others didn't do.
Description of Work: Went to warehouse to view and choose Granite slabs for our kitchen remodel.
