Oregon Stump Grinding

This is the second time we used Vasily to grind stumps on our property. He is incredibly responsive - he called me back and scheduled the work after I called him on a Sunday. He was able to easily schedule the job within a few days. Our house is surrounded by a retaining wall and fence, but he was well prepared to navigate these obstacles to get to the stumps. The ground surrounding the stumps was full or rocks and other debris, but the machine he used easily handled the stumps. He ground over 10 stumps very quickly. The whole process was quick and very affordable.

Vasily was hired over the phone to remove the stumps because he was the first to contact us through an inquiry on Angie's List. Unfortunately, I gave the wrong name to to my wife on who would be completing the job because I would be out of town. Vasily showed up to do the job and in a situation where he could have shown frustration or even anger, he was kind, respectful and after talking for a while convinced my wife that he was the person that had been hired. He completed the job in about an 90 minutes and cleaned up after himself. He did a great job at getting the stump completely out. Definitely will use him again if there is a need.

It went well. They did exactly what we asked them to do. They contacted a neighbor to make sure they could bring their equipment through his yard ahead of time. The only thing I would say is that they did not notify us of when they would be there the day of the removal. It worked out because we just happened to be there whey they came. I think it was because they had some extra time to work our little project in and took advantage of it. Other than that they were very professional and personable. I would definitely hire them again.
