Oregon Roof Cleaning Services

I want to get my newer roof cleaned and have a slight moss infestation treated. I'm looking for companies that do this work and use environmentally friendly moss treatments. Oregon Roof Cleaning Services looked like a company that could fit the bill. It took two calls to reach the company to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I left a message with the first call and received no response in two business days. I called back and reached a woman with whom I scheduled an appointment time and date. It was for over a week later, which seemed a bit long for just an estimate, but we confirmed it. She even gave me the name of the estimator --- Jaffet (sp?). Yesterday, October 9, 2014, was the day scheduled for the estimate. It was to be between 3 and 4 in the afternoon. I waited until 4:15 and called the company. I spoke with the same woman again. She said she had no record of the appointment. I don't even know if she had a record of my name and address. I said that Jaffet was supposed to do the estimate and she said he wasn't scheduled to be in Portland that week. By acknowledging that Jaffet did estimates it confirmed that my memory was still intact and that I had indeed made an appointment with them. A company that's hard to reach in the first place, that schedules estimates over a week out, and then doesn't show up because it never made a record of the appointment, or lost the record (or whatever) is one I will not trust to employ. I give Oregon Roof Cleaning Services an F for responsiveness and an F for professionalism. I would recommend against using this company.

These people cannot even be trusted to show up to the job site or to call with an explanation or re-schedule (twice!!). Unless you have unlimited amounts of time to waste with these young, so-called professionals I cannot recommend them.
