Description of Work: We called another company who could not take us the same day so they called Oregon Electric Group who sent out a technician within the hour. He replaced outlets in bathroom and garage that were not working and also cut in a new outlet for internet and cable services in the garage.

+ -1 moreTHE ELECTRICIAN CALLED TO ASK THE BRAND NAME OF OUR PANEL BOX AND NEVER ASKED IF IT WAS A SINGLE OR DOUBLE BREAKER. HE ARRIVED WITH ONE BREAKER WHICH WAS THE WRONG ONE. RATHER THAN GO TO A PLACE 2 MINUTES FROM OUR HOUSE, HE WENT TO AN ELECTRIC SUPPLY STORE, 15 MINUTES AWAY. HE STILL SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DRIVE THERE AND BACK AND DO THE REPAIR IN UNDER AN HOUR. WE WERE CHARGED 2 HRS. FOR A 10 MINUTE JOB AND I FEEL WE HAVE BEEN GOUGED. ALL ATTEMPTS AT REPARATIONS HAVE BEEN MET WITH "WE ARE ENTITLED TO MAKE A PROFIT." I FIND THEIR BUSINESS PROCEDURES AND BLATANT GOUGING INTOLERABLE.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED A BROKEN BREAKER IN OUR ELECTRIC PANEL BOX, IT TOOK LESS THAN 10 MINUTES.
