Travis came out on a Sunday to help and diagnose our heating system.

I was dreading dealing with getting an A/C unit installed but had a friend recommend Orbit and couldn't have been more pleased by the service. The pricing was more than fair and Travis was completely straight forward and honest with me. The work was done quickly, cleanly and they didn't leave until they were sure everything was working smoothly. And it was just in time for the few 100 degree days we had. The only problem I've had is no concept of how hot it is when I leave the house. I plan on using Orbjt going forward and it's nice to have someone I trust to reach out to for heating/cooling needs.

The Orbit team was truly fantastic. They were punctual, polite, fast, thorough, had amazing communication and walked me through anything and everything. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Travis was very responsive, honest, and professional. We weren't sure if we wanted an AC unit or heat pump, so he gave us several competitively priced options, and he was happy to answer all of our questions. Installation was quick and they did a fantastic job! Travis and his assistant made sure everything was working perfectly before they left, and they took the time to carefully explain how everything was set up. They even patched some duct work that had rusted through. We will definitely use Orbit Heating and Cooling again in the future!

As part of a larger remodel, Travis recently relocated the furnace, gas line, and replaced the majority of ducting in our basement. We hired Travis because he was the only HVAC contractor we met with that actually took the time to run calculations and fully-scope the project before delivering us a bid. His prices also seemed fair during a time when other contractors we spoke with were asking for significant premiums due to market demand. Having hired and managed contractors for the past 7 years, we have high standards. We were pleasantly surprised with Travis's work. His work was meticulous, and he took the time to do things right where others might have cut corners. As a bonus, Travis and his father were a pleasure to work with. They were very conscientious, we enjoyed their personalities, and always felt comfortable with them in our home.
