+ -1 moreI had a severe leak. I was informed that he would be right out but he came without any tools. He had to come back the next day and could not find the leak. He came back again on Sunday found the leak but again did not have the parts. On Monday he came back and fixed it. This was supposed to be an emergency response but obviously it was not. I requested to have a new water line installed and he said he could complete it and provided me with a quote. He never came out to complete the project. I called him a few times and he always had an excuse for why he could not complete the work. It has now been three months and he will not even return my calls.
Description of Work: I had a leak by the front of the house where cooper pipe stubbed out of the house and had cracked. I needed the leak stopped.
