+ -1 moreSteve provided great ideas and was very patient with us through the project. I know it took him longer than he anticipated, due to our indecisiveness but he never seemed to push us...he helped us work it out and we could not be happier.
Description of Work: Steve helped us design an addition to our existing 1901 farm home.

+ -1 moreSteve went to a lot of extra effort to add details and character that made a very plain and unattractive house to one of the best in the area. I gave him a rough draft of what I was wanting. He changed my plan which made it look like a western saloon to the final result that gave the house a stature I never expected.
Description of Work: Steve created and designed a wrap around front porch for a 1910 Dutch Colonial. He was able to design the new porch so it would blend with the original structure and made it look like it was part of the original house. Neighbors and drive-bys are amazed at the transformation. I will include a before and nearly completed photos so you can see for yourself. The house is located at 1910 Washington ST in uptown Vancouver.
