About Us We manufacture excellent looking, functional cabinetry for the residential and commercial market. Our products can be built from architectural plans or we can custom design your cabinets using years of experience and the latest in cabinet design software. Our 20,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped to handle virtually every type of work in the cabinet industry; kitchens, bathrooms, entertainment centers, reception desks, book shelving, closets, store fixtures, and heavy duty storage cabinets. Our Kitchen Cabinets are Designed and Built to Last CUSTOM FACE FRAME CABINETS: Are constructed of solid hardwoods in your choice of species. The most common woods we work with are: alder, beech, cherry, hickory, knotty alder, maple and oak. Lyptus and other exotic woods are available upon request. ENTERTAINMENT CENTERS: Sized and tailored to fit your needs are our specialty. We can fully integrate a custom entertainment center into your home that will be the centerpiece of your home. We furnish custom DVD, VCR, TV and Stereo cabinets with pocket and sliding doors, pull-out TV swivels, and many other accessories. CUSTOM ITEMS AVAILABLE: Study desks, complete custom closets with dressers and mirrors, hidden doors, vanity and makeup desk tops, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator panels, bread boards, pantry closets, Jacuzzi tub access panels, electrical panel covers and many other custom items are available upon request. GREAT SELECTION OF DOORS AVAILABLE: The most popular doors we offer are raised panel; made entirely out of solid wood, and 1/4” inset; a more economical choice using quality veneer plywood. Up to fifty different edge treatments are available to give your cabinets a truly custom appearance. Arch top, glass and specialty doors available with a wide choice of mounting configurations available including; overlay, flush, flush inset, pocket, and sliding. CABINET INTERIORS: Our most popular is white melamine, this bright, easy to maintain, durable material eliminates the need for using shelf paper. The core is commercial grade P-board, with a high pressure plastic laminated surface that is non-porous; resisting stains and mildew. Drawer boxes are given the same treatment. All cabinets are equipped with adjustable shelves. A more traditional and elegant cabinet interior is available using quality veneer plywood. We also offer solid wood dovetail drawer boxes at a small extra cost for more durability and aesthetics. CABINET FINISHES: All of our wood surfaces are sealed, sanded, and three coats of lacquer are applied for an incredibly good looking and durable finish that resists corrosion and mild abrasion. Your choice of natural wood, stained, glossy, dull, distressed, paint grade and glze can give your home that brand new look for many years to come. HARDWARE: European hardware components with lifetime warrantees are used for all drawer systems and most concealed hinges. We use six-way adjustable hinges so your doors may always look square and close correctly even as your new house settles. Face mounted hinges are available for more traditional looking cabinets. We offer specialty accessories including lazy suzans, pull out trash cans, tilt out sink trays and roll out shelving, along with many other custom items. INSTALLATION: Our cabinets are unique because they are one piece units that can span an entire length of a wall and fillers are built right in. This helps ensure that everything is plumb, level, straight and square. SERVICE: NW Caseworks is fully staffed for every aspect of cabinet work including repairing or removing little annoyances that may occur from time to time. We will visit your job site and help you determine a solution to any problems you might have, then measure for any desired accessories you may need, whether it is a custom application or pre-manufactured accessories. THIS CONTRACTOR WAS THE BIGGEST NIGHTMARE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! HE WAS 3 MONTHS OVER DUE ON THE PROJECT, MADE NUMEROUS ERRORS IN MEASUREMENTS, MATCHING STAIN COLOR, AND CAUSING WORK TO HAVE TO BE DONE OVER 2 & 3 TIMES. THE QUALITY OF THE CABINETS, AND DOORS WAS VERY POOR, AND HIS WORKERS WERE INEXPERIENCED, AND SLOW. THE JOB IS STILL NOT DONE, AND I AM PREPARING TO FILE A CLAIM AGAINST HIS STATE BOND. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! YOU'LL BE SORRY IF YOU DO.
Description of Work: CONTRACTOR BID TO FABRICATE, AND INSTALL A CUSTOM BUILT-IN ENTERTAINMENT CENTER, FIREPLACE SURROUND, MANTEL, STORAGE CABINETS, OPEN SHELVING, AND DRAWERS. THE MATERIAL WAS CHERRY WOOD WITH SHAKER STYLE DOORS, AND CABINETS.
