Northwest Spa Maintenance

Taylor was very responsive when I first messaged about a repair for my pool pump. Very helpful and offered a solution to keep my costs down. Sounded great, however, I kept getting pushed out on the schedule. He kept blaming his tardiness to attend to the job on waiting for parts to arrive, I had to follow-up with him consistently for an update of when the work would be done. It took a week and a half past the initial date he said he would come, but this was fine and I was happy he was able to do the work. However, the pump is not working, it does not seem to be creating any suction or drawing enough power to circulate any water. I asked him for solutions or ideas on what I could dol, he told me that he was a book for a week and a half out. Since I have already paid, and my project should be done, I felt I should have been moved forward on his list. It is now been a week and I have texted him 4 times asking for an update, called and left a voicemail once, no response. The summer is going to be mostly over by the time the pool is running. Very disappointing when I began this process back in May. He seems like an inventive guy, willing to make cheaper solutions for his customers, but his lack of communication will ruin his business. I would not recommend him and truly wished I would now spend $200-300 for the next bid so I did not have to deal with this continuing headache of a pool pump that Will not run.

Do NOT use this company!! Used him last summer and he did a good job except for one month where the pool was never clean. Hired him May 2019 to open the pool and get it clean as our house was for sale and pending. Taylor said he could get it clean by the closing date. He took the cover off and put some chemicals in. The pool was clearing and he did a couple of vacuuming swipes which looked like stripes. When I talked to him he said he was waiting for the pool to clear. The pool was clear and I texted him and called him to ask when he would be finishing the pool as the closing date was nearing. He never responded to my many texts and calls and never came back. I had paid him $665.00 to have the pool clean and it never happened. Since he never came back to finish the pool it went green by the closing date and I had to pay the buyers $675.00 to have it done. I will be contesting the charge as he did not do the job and let us down big-time!

He came which was great! He put Bromine. He said we would call. He has never gotten back to me. AND now I have two problems still no one to help with the fountain and now there is white one my rocks. All ok but I need to know how to fix. It would be nice if he followed up and apparently he is not going to.

We are going to hire them again!!! Taylor's attention to detail was superior! He accommodated our schedule and got our pool up and running before our Basketball team party. Thanks so much to Northwest Spa Maintenance - I highly recommend them.

Has gotten our pool up and running after not using it for several years. Knows what he is doing and has been very helpful to us.
