All work was completed exactly as estimated. Jim and his crew arrived promtly and were all very friendly and professional. They were very good about cleaning up the work sites every day and at the end of the job. We are very pleased with the finished decks....they both look new again. Many thanks Jim for a job well done!!!!

We had previously used NW Painting Specialists to paint an interior room. Based upon thier excellent work, we hired them to repaint the exterior. We did get another bid and NW came in less expensive. Their prep work was fantastic - they were extremely thorough and meticulous. They were extremely professional - always polite, on-time and worried about ensuring that we were inconveinenced as little as possible. The work was great - our house looks brand new. We would absolutely use them again and strongly recommend their work.

I called James to describe the work I needed, he got back to me within 2 hours and we set an appointment for estimating the job. He arrived a bit late, but he called to let me know he got hung up on another job. He took measurements and gave me an estimate. We settled on two days in the next week to do the work. He took the paint chips I had. I gave him a house key since I would be at work those two days and my husband was also working. Wednesday and Thursday Jim painted. When I returned from work Thursday the work was completed. James came back Friday to put switch plates back on- I went ahead and did this before he came. He did a great job and I am very happy.

Great, a wonderful thorough crew, all overseen by Jim. We would recommend highly! Our house and decks look wonderful!

Jim was very timely in returning my phone calls and coming over to give me a bid on the project. He walked through with me everything that needed to be done and gave me options based on how much I had to spend. He was very honest throughout this whole process in telling me what needed to be done at the very least and what could be done to improve on the project. When he got into the project and discovered an issue that was outside the scope of the bid, he addressed this with me immediately, and we renegotiated the price so there were no surprises. Jim's crew was timely, friendly and very respectful of my privacy and my needs while the project was happening. He was clear about time frames and met them, even when it meant he had to come in on weekends to get things done.
