gas leak repair
+ -1 moreI have about five gas appliances, and they come out and check everything for the winter. If you call in the summer, they will come in. It was an A for everything, because there was one thing they would not let me use. It was my gas fire place. They said, do not use that until it is cleaned. So they were really good. If I have gas appliances you can use them, I did not know that but you can.
Description of Work: I have all the gas equipment, and they come out and check everything.

+ -1 moreEverything continues to work. They didn't charge me for it. It was fast and professional. Took care of the problem. It was only about an half an hour to complete.

Description of Work: This is the utility company, not a service company. They are my natural gas provider. I had them come and check my gas fireplace logs to make sure they were okay. I had just moved into this house and I didn't know if they were in good working order so he came and checked it out. The gas company offers that service once a year for free.

+ 0 moreIt just stopped working and started dumping, as they will do. It's on a drain, so it wasn't a big deal. I have no complaints about what they did. It was fast, it was clean and of course, they fixed what I needed and gave me a new hot water heater.

+ -1 moreI've been using them since 1980, when I moved into the house. I haven't had anybody else work on the gas problems in the house. There was no charge. You hook up to the gas company and they're interested in not having explosions and things. So they'll come out and make sure that you're safe. They won't do everything, like I had to pay for the gas water heater, of course. The wall heaters are strange and they will come out and tinker around with them, without charging me because I pay them every month. I like the gas service I have. I've always liked them. It has been so long and I've never had any trouble with them at all and I was impressed with them. I didn't know what I was getting into and they came out and impressed me with cleaning the thing for nothing. I have a little hand vacuum cleaner. I probably handed them that and then they just hosed it out and they cleaned the cobwebs out of it and stuff and made sure the pilot light was lit.
Description of Work: I have some old-fashioned gas wall heaters. I noticed an odor that I didn't like. So they came out and they just cleaned it and informed me on the pilot light and things like that.
