+ -1 moreTeman Montgomery was totally professional; extremely knowledgeable, forthcoming about his observations, and intensely thorough. He arrived early to orient this buyer as to the procedure, and then methodically and with great care explained in common language the details as he worked through the house. After receiving and reviewing his report, with copious photos and recommendations for attention/repairs of defects he found, I am blown away by the whole process and would recommend this company to everyone who is looking for a detail oriented inspector with a stellar work ethic. Wow.

Description of Work: As a Real Estate Professional, finding the right Home Inspector who uses today's updated Technology, along with keeping informed with changes in Inspection Practices is very important. Also, finding an Inspector who is looking out for our buyers best interest vs just moving to the next job, is why we contacted Non-Profit Home Inspections. We were lucky to meet Charles when a client of ours used them in the past and we knew right away we wanted to use him again. He really offers a lot more than I have seen over my 15 year career in Real Estate and we will continue to refer him as our number one option. + -1 moreCharles and Tom showed up to the house right on time and walked me through the process. They spent then next 4 hours going through a variety of tests and areas of the house. The inspection was very thorough. Later that evening the report was emailed to me just as they said it would be. This was the most detailed home inspection I have had. It was really nice to have all the tests and sewer camera done at the same time. And getting the thermal imaging included for no additional charge was great as well. All in all I think it was well worth the price and I felt confident in their abilities. I would use them again.
Description of Work: Full house inspection, sewer camera inspection, mold test, radon test.

Description of Work: Did a thermal scan, sewer scope, and mold samples for new home purchase. Was very thorough and friendly. Emailed detailed reports and answered all of our questions even when they didn't have to do with the services provided. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: When I bought my home it was inspected however I kept finding things that should have turned up the first time. Sealed windows were broken Wood that needed to be replaced around the Windows Gutters that needed attention Several other problems

+ -1 moreThe whole process was excellent. Charles showed up right on time--early, in, fact--and spent a good 3+ hours inspecting our small home from top to bottom. Charles is professional, courteous, and very clearly explains everything he's doing. We learned a lot about our older home, and his findings saved us a lot of future expenses. Because of his work, we became aware that the roof and gutters had not been properly installed. And the next day when we needed further information about the sewer scope, he came right back over to indicate where repairs were needed. The final report is filled with great photos, video, and lots of detailed descriptions. We highly recommend Nonprofit Home Inspections!

+ -1 moreWe had Nonprofit Home Inspections inspect a Condo for potential purchase. Charles was great. He provided a very thorough and in depth inspection. He mentioned items he found as he went through the condo, and also gave us a complete run down at the end. We received our complete report with images later that evening. Charles listened to our questions and gave us answers in easy to understand terminology. Charles' inspection helped make our decision to purchase easier as we now feel much more informed about the state of the home.
