Description of Work: Jim was recommended by our realtor to inspect the home we are planning on purchasing. He was thorough, explained everything clearly when we had questions and took his time to do the job right. At the end of his inspection, he went over potential problems, and answered more questions. The next day, we received his comprehensive report.via an emailed .pdf. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jim again. He's personable, friendly and was punctual and thorough.
