Horrible. The job took 8 months when they stated only two months. The Contractor lied about a job being finished which was not. Then he lied again stating that they had done a repair to get the job done. In fact, the job was never touched by the contractor eventhough it was a known deficiency before the work began. He whined and complained and misdirected the entire issue and ended up quoting a $1800 cost to remedy. When the bill came in it was over $2200. The full cost to do the entire job was $28000.

I am an owner/builder and designed my own house. Nate's crew is qualified enough to build the entire house but I wanted to be an owner builder so he graciously offered to do just excavation, foundation, framing, and roofing and leave the rest to me. Having him do those first 4 jobs was great, especially for my schedule because once he started excavating he didn't stop until the roof was on. He caught many flaws in my design and saved me money by consulting me instead of following my lousy designs. Feel free to stop by and see the house, it's located 4640 SW Ozark ln, 97123.

Nate and his crew were great to work with and really showed respect and consideration for our home. They covered surfaces and made sure everything was clean when they completed the job. We have a couple more projects lined up for their help.The work was completed to our satisfaction.
