He estimated the project, after hearing what I wanted. I didn't have a designer, it's such a small bathroom and I had an pretty clear idea overall, so that was fine. He helped me make a couple decisions, and handled getting my tub, sink and tub components. Adam did 90% of the work himself, used minimal subs. He was very trustworthy, professional and communicative. We talked on the phone almost daily, as it was difficult for me to be present, while he was working, due to my work schedule. He would call me and and tell me, if I needed to be there to see something. He completed the entire remodel on schedule and with great care. He was a huge help in all aspects and very hard working. There was only one small revision in the middle of the project and he handled it without a hitch. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Adam's work.

Adam reviewed the bathroom and discussed our plans with us in detail, offering many advices and issues for us to consider. We received a detailed bid, which Adam revised later with a lower tile estimate. The bid was very competitive compared to others that we received but a little above the cost from a different contractor that we have previous experience working with. We wouldn't hesitate to contact Adam again, however, for potential work on future remodeling projects given the thorough consideration he gave to our bathroom remodel plans.

Adam was a delight to work with, he was always there when he said he would be, his work is quality, he cleaned up everyday when he finished and kept exactly to the price he quoted.

Made an appointment on short notice of my request, visited the site, offered professional comments and suggestions and submitted a prompt proposal by FAX. He was prompt, polite and professional.

EXCEPTIONAL WORK. MR. HEPBURN DID IT ALL EXCEPT FOR CONTRACTING OUT SOME ELECTRICAL WORK. THE BATHROOM WAS TOTALLY GUTTED. WE CREATED A WALK-IN CLOSET TOO, IN THE REMODEL. GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY!

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL WORK. ADAM PREPARED THE GROUND BY KILLING THE GRASS FIRST AND THEN PUTTING IN FOOTINGS TO HOLD UP THE DECK WHICH IS TWO FEET OFF THE GROUND. HE USED TREK DECK, HE SCREWED (NOT NAILED) IN ALL THE BOARDS, TRIMMED THE DECK WITH CEDAR AND THEN ENCLOSED THE SIDES WITH LATTICE.
