I didn’t finalize the deal. He came out first to check to see what I wanted. He didn’t have enough time that day. He basically told me what needs to be done so he just put it on a schedule. The second time he came out he spent 2 or 3 hours here. After looking how the house was made, he told me that he could not install the fans. He spent tons of time and he was very accommodating and very professional. I would recommend him to anyplace. He gave me advice because my home structurally wasn’t capable of doing what I wanted to do. He took the time and he really did a lot. He went up to the attic. I was very impressed. Even though I did not use the service, he did not charge me anything. He even called and consulted with someone else. He consulted with an electrical engineer who had more knowledge than him. He was going to install ceiling fans in the bedrooms. He told me that the electrical wiring I had wasn’t capable of doing it. The people who remodeled the house had jerry-rigged the stuff. It’s an old house. In order to really do what I wanted, he would have to go through and rewire the whole house. That was not what I was looking for financially at this time. He was very thorough, very considerate and kind. He didn’t charge me. Whatever the amount of time was that I called for, he ended up going over that amount of time. It was 2 hours for $99 so I got in on the deal. He came out and he took more time than the 2 hours. He didn’t charge me anything extra. He told me that I would need to have the whole house rewired. That would cost thousands of dollars. He least clarified for me so I know what the situation is. There was something else going on up in the attic and he did something to fix that up. I wanted a ceiling fan and an attic fan put in and he explained to me what the problem was. He was very courteous and very nice. He consulted someone else to find out what he needed to know and I appreciated that. I think Neil Kelly is fantastic. If the rest of the workers are like him, I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job as usual for a high price. I purchased the hardware myself and participated in the design but used their designer who was Ms. Randi Reed; I have used her before and she has been good. They did everything except for the painting which I contracted with a different company. I have used them three times and would not have done so if I was not satisfied with their services. I found that I get what I pay for with Neil Kelly. I have used the same designer Ms. Randi Reed who is with them for three different jobs. I have worked well with her because I am interested in design myself so both of us were able to come up with something that worked well for me. Their sub-contractors did a great job. There were no problems with the job this time as well so I was very happy with the outcome. They are expensive. I will be doing another job with them later this year.

I Will never use the provider again. The one thing they did right was correct the work as soon as possible and got another contractor to come in and do the work for them. The VP should have called me back and verified I was happy with the work from the other contractor, but did not and really acted like she could care less. I felt like they just wanted me to go away.

He was very professional, pleasant, and efficient, and the drywall repair looks fantastic. I will definitely use them again in the future.

It was a great experience. Larry was very professional and amiable. He even warned me about an optional product he could use that had an intense chemical odor, and I opted not to use it. Most providers would not have given me an option. And the drywall patch looks great! I will definitely use them again.

Everything went fine. They came out within a few weeks after I purchased the Big Deal and they didn't charge me anything extra.

It turned out very well. I haven't supply something that they understood I was going to supply but it only cost me additional 8$ so it was great. I was really pleased with the person who came out, his was name was Ronnie. He was absolutely great and professional. I appreciate that and the price was good. Weeks later, it's still looks good. They were on time.

I needed to have a kitchen cabinet door put back on its hinges. The handyman knew what hardware was needed, got it and put the door back. The hinge is a slightly tricky model to handle and he explained what he was doing and did the work professionally and well.

Rick added new baseboards throughout the house after new laminate flooring was installed. He did a great job, was very professional and made good use of the materials and time spent. I would recommend Neil Kelly and Rick to anyone in need of having work done. Our baseboards look fantastic!

Installation went fine. The only downside (and reason for B grade) was he said the old toilet was too heavy for him to move outside and he left it in my dining room.

Placed tarp on leaking roof on old garage. The guys that did this were very good. They were able to get a tarp over a roof that had failed in a big rainstorm. They secured it very well and mitigated a big problem at least for the winter. Another person attached iron railings to steps on front porch. Although the work was satisfactory there were delays in getting hold of him to make and keep the appointment. He requested a lot of information (inclucing pictures of the old bolts) from me that he could have gotten by just coming by to look at the job initially. I was informed that the new bolts were not galvanized so I had to paint them to keep them from rusting in our very rainy weather. This was somewhat dismaying as I don't want to have to repeat this process any time soon. Despite answering yes to the question about using the provider again I am not sure if I would use this provider in the future for handyman services. They are quite expensive by the hour and I don't know if the service provided is worth the price they charge.

Handyman arrived on time and was able to complete my line-up of tasks within the time allotted. He cleaned up and took away all of the trash--very much appreciated. I had a trap door covering a near the ceiling furnace that had fallen down twice with the potential to cause serious injury or worse. The handyman added extra latches to keep it securely in place. Also replaced a large ceiling fixture and changed several hard to reach lightbulbs. I am very satisfied.

Replaced parts in 2 toilet tanks, replaced battery in smoke detector, adjusted lock parts in door, installed hook in wall.

Rick installed weather stripping on two doors as well as new door knobs and one lock set. We should have had a longer list of things to do. He finished ahead of time so we used the rest of the two hours to ask him questions we had about future projects. We will call him again.

I thought that because my house has casement windows it would be very expensive to replace and I’m also in a historic home. I found a good alternative with Neil Kelly Company. They installed Indo Windows with acetate window lining that serves as a storm window. These windows go on the inside of your home and I’m quite happy with them. They told me what they would do, how the windows would work and when we could get them. It was perfect. I was very pleased with the service and the price was much cheaper than I thought it would be.

It was great. Rick was awesome. He worked fast and did a great job. I would definitely use him again. The price was fab. He was texting back and forth just confirming everything.

They came out several weeks ago and the service went very well. The man that came out to stuff the damage immediately got up on my roof and made that repair without having to call someone out. I was really impressed by that and he get it right before we had that heavy rainstorm so I really appreciate it. they that came out that repaired the sheetrock damage was very pleasant and clean. He made sure that the sheetrock stuff doesn't go all over my house and he was very careful.

It was a groupon deal. Jeff came out and was very personable, and efficient.

I used Neil Kelly, I used there handyman services. They did a great job and it did take awhile to schedule an appointment, because they were really busy. The person came out and did not charge me for extra parts. He did it in the time frame that he said he would. I do not have any complaints about it at all. They have consistent employees. He just charged me what the big deal coupon was. I think the quality of work was great and the second thing that he did was he replaced a couple of lines on the faucet and he did not charge me for them. It only took him one and a half hours to do the job. I would use him again.

They came in and gave us quotes and different options, we finally narrowed it all down as the system and it came in at $24,000.00 dollars. Our big mistake, was not detailing exactly everything to be done. From the very first day, it went down hill. With a closed system, the cat door and ramp are important and in our house there is only one place it can really go. The problem started, with this, the original outdoor heat pump unit was to fit under the opening with the cat door. However, the unit they originally measured for, wasn't the one sent. What was sent was to tall so the cat door couldn't be placed. From here it all went to h***. They wanted to charge us an extra $500.00 to put in the cat door. .00The old furnace and water heater were to be removed and in doing so the ceiling and walls would require repairing. They told us they would include this. However, it never got listed on agreement, so they wanted to charge us another $1000.00 to finish this. An electrical plug, that is necessary for the water heater, need to be mounted on a different wall. 10 feet away at most. They didn't include this so charged us another $250.00 for this to be done. Item, after item, after item was the same way, things they said they would do, but never seemed to be detailed in the work order. Example install XYZ heating/cooling unit and removal of old system but the repairs were never done. They are real sweet talkers, they tell you yes, yes, yes straight to your face and turn around and lie about it in the next breath. We hope we can save someone else the h*** we went through with this company. What ended up supposedly being a 4-7 day project, ended of talking over 4 months. BEWARE
