Neil Kelly is the largest design-build remodeler in the Pacific Northwest, offering remodeling, home improvement and solar energy services through our design centers in Bend, Eugene, Portland and Seattle. For 75 years, we’ve been building a reputation for designs, outstanding craftsmanship, uncommonly good service, and consistently satisfied clients. Description of Work: Replaced the "bird blocks" under the eaves. Built new blocks, painted them, & installed them. Did some minor repairs in the kitchen. Inspected attic for damage.
