I highly recommend Neighborhood Gutters for all your gutter needs. Eric and his crew are responsive, easy to work with, competitively priced, they listen to your concerns and requests, and go out of their way to ensure the job is done perfectly. I have a troublesome section of gutter on my home that leaks occasionally. I have struggled to get it fixed for a couple of years. The crew came out and spent time figuring out the cause and got the job done at no cost to me. They are on a regular schedule to clean my gutters. The crew takes pictures of before and after to show their quality handiwork. While other companies have lost their personal touch with their customers, Neighborhood Gutters quality of work and personalized attention to detail is outstanding. Thank you.

Called Eric for a quote based on good yelp reviews and he definitely lived up to the 5-star rating. He had by far the lowest quote, came out on time, did a fantastic job and even cleaned up more of our yard debris than what had come off the roof. When the job took a bit longer than expected, he stuck to the originally quoted price. He also sent before and after pictures of the roof, which was very handy. Great company and would recommend them to anyone and hire them again in a heartbeat.

Eric went right to work. He cleaned out the gutter manually (it was on the 2nd story) and then he sprayed a hose into the downspout to remove the remainder of the clog (pine needles were the culprit). He went over options for gutter covers and even threw in a cover for the downspout to help prevent future clogs. The final price was exactly the same as his estimate, even though he cleaned out a 2nd gutter for me after noticing that one also had debris in it. Eric was hardworking, friendly, and knowledgable. I would definitely hire him again.

Eric was excellent. I didn't live in Portland at the time and my renters told me their mailbox and front porch were getting soaked from overflowing rain gutters and the back deck was also suffering from clogged gutters. He was very responsive - got back to me and set up a time immediately. He had no problem dealing with an 3 story interior row/townhouse with no direct access to the backyard. He called and told me about extenuating circumstances regarding shared gutters and what my options were. He also pointed out how this would occur again because of some moss on the roof and gave me several options were practical and had a range of price points. I felt I got much more than my gutters unclogged from Eric - good advice and timely service. I will use him again.
