MyTech PDX

I first called MyTech when I moved to Portland in April 2008 and was living in a boarding house. Money was tight; I could NOT afford a new laptop and I was not sure who to trust for computer service. Evan spent a half-hour on the phone with me giving me tips and tricks to improve my computer speed. He then traveled to my location and spent a lot of time diagnosing the issue. He left and returned with my laptop that day, after traveling to the store to purchase additional RAM. The laptop ran smoother after that, and I was able to delay the purchase of a new machine. He then offered his services to another boarder, whose Skipe connection was his lifeline to his wife in Thailand. This past February (2009), Evan recommended an Internet service provider for me. He then procured the right equipment and set up my wireless network. I was surprised that my now-ancient laptop was able to connect. I would recommend his services to anyone. He is trustworthy, on-target and effective. I will call him again soon, to get more life out of my aging desktop computer.
