Mth Painting

They were excellent. They did a good job, had good personalities and the workers were on time and clean. I would not hesitate at all to have them paint for us again. They were there when they said they would be there, they were professional and polite. I had no hesitations about having them around the house and having access to the house.

The job went very well. The painter took pains to protect the area he was working in - masking and covering everything else up that he didn't want to get paint on. The painting was done very quickly and we are very happy with how it looks - even months later, the woodwork looks really lovely, smooth and professionally painted, not sloppy like I would have done!.

Michael's professional and personal service was by far the best experience I have had with a painter. He was very prompt gave us a estimate within a few hours. We had or kitchen cabinets repainted. He showed up right when he said he would, he had pained all the doors the week before he came to spray the cabinets and they were all perfect. He masked everything off and cleaned up every bit of tape leaving our kitchen clean and looking new. We our looking forward to him painting our dining room and living room this Summer. A very good experience.

They did an awesome job. They charged me between $1000 and $2000 which I thought was very reasonable. My painting contractor got injured and I had an art opening the next day. I had to have the room re-painted. They had another job which was consultory that they could not get off. They left the other job and came over to do the painting work for me. They worked till eleven in the night and finished the work. They charged me a fair price as they were able to fit us in to their schedule. I was very happy with their services. They were very cool and did a good job. I liked the fact that they understood my situation and worked out their schedule to finish the job and charged me a fair price. They could have charged me more knowing my situation but they did not.

Fantastic! They did exactly what they said they would do, and even more. There were a number of scratches and gouges in the wood, which they patched and sanded before painting. Everything looks great. They came, did the work as planned, and left the house as clean as it was when they started. Great crew and very helpful. I'd use them again in an instant.

The team included the owner/estimator which is always a good sign. They arrived on time and did a good job of draping/covering. They also took care of nail holes and small issues with the plaster walls. They sourced paint - all high quality stuff I would have bought, and they got it all right - 6 shades and 3 different sheens. Overall their work was very good, the workmanship (except where noted below) excellent--walls and coving came out beautifully, and they cleaned up promptly and at all times behaved professionally. Doors were painted 'in place' thus that means more likely to be drips and there were a couple spots where brushwork was a bit heavy, but that was offset by the time and thus labor cost savings of the job. The owner/operator obviously cares about his reputation and relationship with the client - very helpful, friendly, makes the right sort of suggestions (the right sheen for different locales for examples) but listens to the owner and delivers what is requested. Value is excellent as they did several tasks (French doors) above and beyond the original estimate but there were no extra charges. I'd definitely call upon MTH again, a great experience overall.

MTH was very quick to come to the house and provide an estimate. When we accepted his bid, Michael came back to the house to give some expert advice on paint colors. He is a very friendly and professional and pleasant to work with. He patched holes and smoothed the rough spots. His technique was flawless. He primed and painted three rooms in about one and half days. Between work days, he cleaned everything up and stored it out of the way. Very thoughtful. His price was very reasonable. A big two thumbs up for MTH Painting!

They did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Michael. He is a great paint consultant. He helped us choose our colors. The workers were also great. Michael actually gave us the estimate and helped with the painting. They were very reasonably priced. Michael stated when he would be able to start and finish, and he did all of this on time. I would definitely use them again in the future. In fact, I am even considering him for the interior of the home.

I contacted Mike in February - he got right back to me and explained that they were nearly booked for the summer, and we made a tentative schedule. He initially wanted 1/3 deposit, and I told him that I wasn't comfortable with that and he said no problem and waived it until they painted. They were professional, the quality of workmanship was top notch, and I felt comfortable around them 100% of the time.

Michael and his crew did an outstanding job. From Estimate through completion, they were professional, responsive, reliable and lovely to have around! Michael is receptive and impeccably detail oriented. He makes a concerted effort to understand what you're trying to achieve and is happy to offer feedback/input, when asked. I took advantage of his artistic background and found his creative sensibilities a great perk! His estimate was reasonable and the final billing amount reflected exactly what I expected. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a top quality painter.

Went very well; everything was on time and as promised. Entire crew and owner are friendly, courteous, and thorough.

The room is small but has a lot of stained wood trim around the many windows, doors and the fireplace, as well as a coved ceiling and plenty of texture. We needed needed a professional job done, with precise lines and attention to detail. Michael was recommended to me by a friend (he did an excellent job on the exterior of her house). He was easy to contact and responded promptly to calls and emails. He came by to look at the job, then emailed me an estimate. He and his assistant completed the job in less than one day and it is beautiful. They left the area completely clean as well. Although it was a little more than we'd planned on spending, it was more than worth it. The cost was exactly as estimated and included the paint. We are very happy with the whole experience.

We did most of the prep work on our house, so they came in and did the little prep work that was left and finished painting within about one week. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, were quick and always had us informed of what was going on. We are very happy with the work done!

I would highly recommend Michael and his crew. They showed up on time each day and got right to work. Actually, they were finished in less time than they originally thought it would take them. They did a very professional job. They didn't leave any paint drippings anywhere, didn't damage any plants, and cleaned up well when finished. I had to work each day while they were at my house, so when I got to see the finished project, they were already gone. Michael said that if I noticed any areas that I thought needed touch-up, they would come back. There were only a couple minor areas of touch-up needed, and they came right back to do it. The only thing that bothered me a little (and it may not bother most people) was that he had asked if they could have access to a restroom in my house. I was uncomfortable doing this, as I was away at work all day and would have to trust them alone in my house. When I said that this wouldn't be possible, it was OK with them though, so it's not a problem.

WHEN MANY, MANY OTHER CONTRACTORS EITHER DIDN'T RETURN MY CALL, OR SHOW UP TO GIVE A QUOTE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, MICHAEL WAS VERY COMMUNICATIVE, AND RESPONSIVE. WE TENTATIVELY SET OCT. AS THE MONTH TO PAINT, BUT HE CALLED IN MID SEPT. SAYING HE HAD AN OPENING, AND WAS THERE FOR THE NEXT DAY, AND A HALF WITH HIS CREW. ALL VERY NICE, COURTEOUS, AND I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH THEM IN MY HOME. THEY DID A GREAT JOB, AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT! WE WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN FOR OUR FUTURE PAINTING NEEDS, AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!
