Finding and buying a house is inevitably complicated, time-consuming and sometimes nerve wracking, especially from several hundred miles away, but Isabelle's knowledge, experience, skills and enthusiasm made the process smooth, relatively painless, and in fact often fun! My husband and I bought the house sight unseen, and went to Portland and saw it for the first time a week or two ago. We love it, and we really appreciate everything Isabelle did to help us make the purchase happen! Isabelle's company is Mount Tabor Realty, and when we started the process we expected to buy a home in that part of Portland, but we ended up selecting a house in a different area. Isabelle specializes in the Mount Tabor area, but she is fully knowledgable and qualified to work in any part of the city or the surrounding area.
Description of Work: My husband and I live in CA and finally decided to buy a home in Portland, OR, after deliberating and working with Isabelle Zifcack on and off for two years. Once the decision was made, Isabelle shifted into full-speed-ahead mode and didn't stop till we closed the deal many weeks later. During this time we stayed in CA and Isabelle guided and aided us through every step of the process - she connected us with the websites, people and other resources we would need; anticipated and prevented most problems, and repaired or helped us repair the unpredictable problems or delays (few and minor); and crossed the T's and dotted the I's all along the way.
