Very broad reach as far as local professionals go. The people I interacted with were polite and informative which made the process that much easier.

I received a call immediately from Active Mold controll LLC. I booked them immediately and they have already completed my inspection.

Very professional, explained the process well. Took all covid precautions and respectfully wore booties over his shoes inside the house without me even asking.

Make sure the mold inspector does ALL the tests the company asks to be done. Our report was delayed by more than a week because the inspector did not do one test. The company sent out a DIY kit for us to do the missing test. We requested it be shipped overnight but it was sent two days with no return shipping. They should have paid for return shipping as well since it was not our mistake. This was a serious hardship bc we were out if the house paying for motel rooms while the final report was delayed.

Great company to use for your home mold testing

they only do 2 indoor tests for $300. one swab and one air. The evaluation of the test results and recommendations on what to do next were slim.

They were so quick. I expected it to take weeks. I had results within 5 days.

This is a company based in GA that contracts with local independent individuals to do the inspection and air samples ( I had a mold inspection and test). I was pleased with my initial call as wasn't entirely sure what kind of test and they helped me through which one to order based upon what I told them of the history of my house. Inspector was on time, explained the process. Results came quickly and were explained well. They connected me with a remediation company matching my needs.

It is a national service to locate and hire local people to do the work.

This was a great company. Friendly and on time. They cared!!. Only thing is if u test positive. The guy i spoke with will not take No for an answer on trying to sell products. He just wont.

I don't have any way to value the work. The tester seemed to know what he was doing however, in order to get results, had to pay substantially more money for further testing, Was told results would be back within 7 to 10 days. Still don't have results and it has been 14 days- can't get anyone to respond to email- can't leave a message on telephone as boxes are full. A totally frustrating experience. .

We were told the fee was $299 for air quality testing, then when they arrive we are told that is only for one floor of the house and it will be an additional $70 to get another floor tested. NO TRUTH IN ADVERTISING HERE.
