Price was good. We had to e on them all the time otherwise he would have screwed up the floor. The job was fine. We were a big job for him. He pushed us for the date, then went on vacation and gave us the sub contractor.

Perfection. Andrew is knowledgeable, diligent, highly professional, and dedicated to his craft. We get lots of compliments on the floors.

Modern Tech Wood Floors now Auburn Refinishing put all new flooring in our home but there was one small problem area. The owner, Scott Avery attempted to fix the area but it was not satisfactory. At his request I sent him pictures. He sent me a text stating that he was looking for the right materials to fix the problem. I never heard anything back from him. I tried several ways to contact him and finally learned that he moved to California and started a business there which I located and again made several attempts to contact him with no reply to emails or phone calls and then he had my phone number blocked. On my behalf, CFM of Clackamas also tried to contact him. Finally I got ahold of his wife who was overly defensive and rude, refusing to even hear me out. I had to pay somebody else $200.00 to temporarily fix the problem, but to properly complete the job it will cost at least $750.00. I want back the money I paid him or I want the problem fixed.
