The technician, Mike, did an excellent job. He arrived at the appointed time, worked quickly and efficiently, and was very accommodating to our schedule. He made sure that all surfaces not to be treated were completely covered and protected, and made sure that the work site was properly vented to minimize vapors and smells. There were two very small areas on one of the tubs that resisted a smooth adhesion of the bonding material, and although the blemish was minor and hardly noticeable, he reworked it until it was perfect! I was very impressed and pleased with the final result. The initial phone calls to the company were handled courteously and professionally, and they were able to give an immediate quote based on my verbal description of what needed to be done. All in all, I was very pleased with my experience with Miracle Method, and would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to revitalize an existing bathtub or to change the color of a tub or sink without the cost and hassle of total replacement.

Excellent job explaining their process up front and answering all my questions. Plastic to protect the rest of the bathroom was very effective and there was no overspray or damage to walls or other surfaces. The service man was friendly, on time and professional.

I had two bathtubs and a shower stall that looked old and had no shine left to the finish. After they were all refinished they look brand new! They look fantastic! It's a little expensive, but well worth it. And cheaper than having them replaced. Their customer service was amazing.

It went very well. They did everything they promised & we are very satisfied with it. The cost was very reasonable.

The front office staff was extremely helpful and easy to work with in terms of scheduling in a hurry. Mike arrived early and worked diligently without a break. Mike was extremely helpful in answering questions, especially when explaining why the process was so noisy. The work was done in 1.5 days and it helped to air out the room, per Mike's suggestion. The shower looked fabulous and even better than before because we changed the color. After a few days we noticed that a crack reappeared. I called the office right away because they have a generous warranty. Mike was able to come back out the next day and worked on the repair. I would definitely use Miracle Method again if needed!

He was awesome! They are expensive, but it seemed to be comparable in the line of work. He was very prompt and polite. He even took his shoes off when he came in the house. He was the friendliest guy I've ever met, and he did an amazing job! They look like brand new tubs.

It went very well. It's a two day process and as the weather was unseasonably hot the applicator returned one extra time (normally two visits a day apart) to confirm the fan he installed was working correctly in the heat. It was and I'm pleased with his communication skills. Hopefully this iPhone tapping is spellchecking correctly. ;-)~

Owen arrived at the schedule time. He is friendly and personable and willingly answered all my questions. Besides the standard prep and refinishing, we had a quarter sized chip on the outside of the tub that he was able to smooth over at no extra charge. We were very pleased with the result. The tub looks brand new. The smell was strong for only a couple days afterwards. We considered a tub liner but are happy we chose to do the refinishing instead. We were able to keep the look and feel of a cast iron tub which we much prefer to the typical acrylic we would have had with a tub liner. After a few days there was some cracking in the finish around the drain. A called the main office and Owen was able to come out the same day to redo that area. It's now been a few weeks and everything is still looking great. The 5 year guarantee for those kind of problems was an important factor in our decision to have this done. Highly recommended as a way to make an old tub look brand new.

I spoke with the office staff in Portland when I ordered the service. I was under the impression I would be having the tub, shower surround and new shower doors for the price I was quoted.1389$. When the young man arrived , he informed me that was the price for the tub only. I was very unhappy and told him to do tub and shower but did not get the shower doors which they said would have to be custom even though I have a standard .He did do a beautiful job and was very detail oriented. It was the office staff I had a problem with

This company is amazing. We thought we would have to replace our sinks, but Miracle Method does such a great job--you can't see the repairs--the sinks look brand new. We recommend this company highly.

However, they did not re-grout properly. They came back to fill in the spaces, but did not use the bright white grout to match but used the gray color. We are planning to re do the shower so we are going to live with it for now. They were on time and worked efficiently. Dan came to talk to us and wrote up a work order but he forgot to write in the grout work.

Contractor showed up on time, and was very quick to complete the repair. No mess during repair (although a bigger job would require taping and plastic) and a perfect paint color match for the chip (this is the hardest part). These guys were standing! I will use these guys again and have no problem recommending.

The technicians were very nice people. This was for my rental property so they gave me a rental discount. I was extremely happy with the way they behaved and the work they did. They were very good about keeping us updated with the whole process. This is a refinishing job and it looks just as good as new. I felt very comfortable which is important since it was a rental home, and I would definitely recommend them.

I called Miracle Method on Wednesday to get an estimate for repairs. They gave me a price over the phone for the repair that I described and we scheduled the work two days later. Repairman John arrived in the two hour window as promised, looked at the hole in the tub and did have to make a quick trip back to their shop to get additional materials, but returned shortly and set to work. They repaired a hole about the length and width of a thumb made in the curved part of a relatively new American Standard fiberglass bathtub. The hole was made when I dropped a long handled plastic shower back brush in the tub. The end of the handle apparently hit the tub at just the right angle and punched a hole right through the fiberglass.. The repairman covered the bathroom floor, taped plastic over the tub (I have a glass shower door which made access a bit tricky) and put a fan in the bathroom window. Within a couple of hours the repair was complete. The process is smelly and dusty, but the results are unbelievable. It's better than new. You can't tell where the hole or crack were at. He matched the color exactly and I can't detect any difference in the texture of the tub surface. I am extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company for repairs of this type. I was afraid I was going to have to remove the custom shower door and tile surround and destroy the custom wall paint and the floor tile that were only a couple of years old, in addition to replacing the tub. I was also afraid the tub would look and feel awful after the repair. I waited a couple of months before exploring my options for repair because I was afraid it would cost too much. It was a pleasure to be able to use the shower the next morning. (We do have another shower so I really didn't go months without bathing ) I would recommend removing items as I did from the bathroom as it is dusty and will need to be cleaned afterwards The smell does linger for a few hours, so I put another fan in the window for a bit. Also, they recommend that you do not use any bleach containing cleaning products or scratchy pads for cleaning. It's great to work with a contractor who does what they say they will do at a fair price. I am very happy to have my bathtub back. Great job!

The service was excellent and the kid was great. He seemed very knowledgeable. They got some over spray on my counter which was my only complaint.

It went great! Matt did the work over two days. He was professional, experienced and a pleasure to have in the house. Matt arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He answered all of our questions and explained what we needed to do after he was done and how we should maintain the tub and tiles into the future. His work and clean-up were of the highest standard. We recommendation him without reservation. Kim took our initial call. She was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and worked with us to setup a schedule that met our needs. In sum, a excellent experience.

On the day of the appointment our excitement changed. The "Techs" were 4 1/2 hours late, when they were an hour late we were told they would only be another hour, two and a half more hours later they arrived. When they got their they kept saying things like they didn't think they could complete the work, that the job was underbid and then said they needed to get the person that completed the estimate out. They then went and sat in their truck until he arrived. When the estimator arrived, 30 minutes later, they then spent another hour on the phone, talking to each other to come back and tell me that they could recommend a great tile guy, but they were not going to be able to do anything until the tile was fixed. At that time, we took that as they were backing out of the job due to under bid. They have told us that is will take several days to receive our deposit back, that they can't process it until they talk to their owner, just about every excuse in the book as to why the money can not be refunded. They wasted a week of time that I could have had someone doing the repair and a full day of time waiting around for them to tell me they can't do the job.

Eugene arrived right on time. He was not chatty but got right to work. It's a two-day process and he ended up having to finish up on a Saturday, but that was no big deal. There is a very strong odor while the paint is being applied and for a couple of days afterwards but I was prepared for this. The tub itself looks really nice; I am happy with how it turned out. The shower doors were re-hung crooked and I may call to get this resolved if any water is leaking from the shower. Otherwise it just looks a little funny but doesn't bother me too much. There was some damage to a bit of the wall. When I commented on it, Eugene said there was water damage under the paint and it crumbled when he touched it. I believe that could be true but would have felt better about it if he had pointed it out to me and explained what happened. I had the feeling he was hoping I wouldn't notice; same with the shower doors (which I noticed later). This is the reason for my "B" rating for professionalism.

Owen came out and did the repair. It took just a couple hours and I expected it would take longer, but I was not doing it. Owen was extremely nice and cleaned up his mess. The floor of the shower looked great and the crack was repaired. The next day after the coating he put down dried you could see the patch. I could have done that but I wanted it to look good, not like it was patched. I called and even sent photos to Miracle Method of how the patch was visible. The customer service is great, Owen came back out and fixed the shower floor so you could not really see the patch. Owen did tell my wife that no matter what they did you would still see the patch because they could not sand it all the way flat. So no problems at all since the second visit until in May. I was taking a showers and saw that the non skid coating that Owen had covered the entire shower floor with was peeling. It was peeling at the base of one of the benches, I'm pretty sure it should not do that. I called Miracle Method and explained what was going on. I was told that's why we have a warranty because sometimes the coating will not take. Makes since to me and I made an appointment for Friday May 10, 2013 between 0800 & 1000. Not a problem my wife will be home since she has cancer and does not work. She does not normally get up before 1000 since its hard for her to get to sleep. She got up at 0730 and I received a call about 0930 from Miracle Method saying it would be closer to 1100or 1200. I get it that sometimes jobs go longer than others, but we were scheduled for first thing in the morning. I also have explained to them about my wife's cancer, because thy were great about working around her chemo schedule. The tech shows up spends about an hour repairing the peeling coating. He tells my wife it will be fine to showers in the morning. No problem we did not need to use it the rest of that day. Well I got up Saturday Morning and took a shower. I noticed that now there was coating on the floor near the drain that was now peeling. I will admit I was a bit ticked off that another spit was peeling up and that we were told it was ok to use it in the morning. I called and left a message about the new spot. I am sure I will get a call Monday and we will set up a Fourth visit to try to get the job done. The customer service is great. The patch work is good, it has not cracked again. The non skid coating seems to be the major issue. I'm not sure if it is the product or the way the tech is applying the product. I will update this review after the next visit. I want to give them an A but the job is not done to the level I expected and was quoted. They did send out a different tech and he spent the majority of the day. He ended up re doing the entire job and did a wonderful job. I would recomend Mircile Method. They are great at making everything right.

They did a beautiful job. They did have to redo the shower door three times as the measurements were off. They did a beautiful job refinishing the fiber glass.

Beautiful job. Better than I expected. Dewey, the Installer, was on time, professional, efficient, considerate, and polite. Price was good and customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

We recently moved into a townhouse, and found that the fiberglass tub/shower enclosure had a large crack in the bottom of the tub. I tried to patch the tub, but could not find anything that worked. I looked into replacing the enclosure but would have had to hire someone to remove the existing one and reinstall a 3 piece unit. I spotted the Angie's list deal ($50 off repairs with Miracle Method), and gave them a call. They told me that it would cost around $1000 to remove and replace the existing enclosure, but they could repair it for $590. I scheduled an appointment for the repair. The technician arrived on time looked at the tub, and went right to work, thoroughly masking and draping the bathroom with plastic. He warned me that the process would produce strong fumes, and closed the bathroom door and started the exhaust fan. He worked very hard for 4 - 5 hours, and the solvent-like fumes were very strong. I opened several windows and turned on the ceiling fan to remove the fumes. When the technician finished, I inspected the tub, and it looked like it was brand new! He even installed a new nonslip surface on the bottom of the tub! He said that the tub bottom was now stronger than it was w.hen it was new. We could not use the shower for a day or so, and the fumes took a couple of days to completely dissipate, but I am very happy and satisfied with the end result. It was certainly a lot cheaper and more convenient than replacing the existing enclosure. The technician was very professional and hard working. I was concerned for his well being while he was in the bathroom breathing those fumes and fiberglass dust, but he was wearing a mask. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a similar repair. There are some strong fumes during the repair process, but the results are well worth this inconvenience. They called back to see if I was satisfied, and even sent a thank you card!
