Great. It was a 2 day process, but the second day was super quick, as he just came by to do touch ups and make sure that we were satisfied with the work.

Everything was done on time and it looks great. Great customer service.

They were punctual, were quick, and did a really good job. You can't even see where they did the repair. We would definitely use them again.

It's been many months since Miracle Method resurfaced our tub/shower combo and I could not be happier. They were able to fill a couple of small holes in the tub, resurface it in another, more current color, and they did an absolutely beautiful job. I'm thrilled!

Great! We had a crack in the bathtub. It was way cheaper than having the bathtub torn out, repaint the bathroom, etc.

Everyone was great and on time. The second day took less time than expected, but I had taken the entire day off from work. The odor was not bad the first several days, yet it got worse as the weeks went on, It has been four weeks and the odor is nearly gone now. The work is fabulous and looks like a brand new tub. The color was gray instead of off white with caramel flecks. I did receive a 20% refund for the color difference. The cleanup was wonderful and spotless.

He was very clean. A very nice guy came and fixed it. He was very nice. It was worth the price. They were clean, and they did a good job. When I called when it came shining through. They changed computers. When I called they said they come, but they didn't. I called and asked what happened. They apologized, and came right out. I had waited three weeks. They said they changed computers, and it goofed up.

The first time it was refinished it blistered. They promptly sanded and refinished again. Another small blister has appeared but I am just going to live with it. Very expensive. Would just replace the tub if I needed to do it again.

The work was done well. It took a few hours longer to complete the project than they had quoted, but that did not effect the price. We were very pleased with how the shower and the counter turned out.

The tub was pretty well done but he did have some overspray and I had to clean that, which was kind of difficult. Other than that, the work was real good. He was very responsive.

They did a really good job. The guy went out of his way to work around "my" schedule which I really appreciated. I will definitely use them again. I was satisfied.

It went well, very professional service, fast and efficient. They were very responsible for cleaning up the area when they were done. The only thing that I would recommend is to not have the non slip bottom on your tub if you plan to take a bath in the tub, as they spray sand in the bottom and it is very rough. They tell you not to use a bath mat with the non slip bottom, so you are stuck with it being very rough, even little children find it scratchy.

I emailed Miracle Method through Angie's List and included pictures of my issue. They responded right away with a quote. I ended up going with a whole refinish that came with a 5 year warranty. The gentleman showed up on time to the scheduled appointment. The first day he was here about 3.5 hours fixing the crack and refinishing the shower. The next day he came back early to the appointment (called to make sure it was okay) and spent about 30min cleaning up and checking to see if any touch up was needed. He said I could use the shower right away but I ended up giving it one more day. I have now been using it for a week without an issues. This was definitely a cost effective way to address this repair rather than tearing the shower out. Maybe in the future I will switch to a tiled shower but now I have at least 5 years to decide on that.

It went very well . Owen with Miracle Method stopped by and gave me an estimate and explained to me everything that would happen. Matt came in and did the work. He was very nice and took the time to answer all my questions . I was pleasantly surprised about how professional both these men where. Everything went as it was explained to me . I am very happy with the finished product . And I will be using them in the near future .

Our new shower stall is beautiful, even better than we hoped. Owen, our estimator, Miguel and Enrique, our crew and Robert our quality control person were all extremely professional, friendly, prompt and courteous.

Everything went according to plan, except a piece of equipment failed, but the technician called for a replacement and still finished what needed to be done that day.

I had a vision that I wanted the tile and the tub to be bright white. When the gentleman who did the work showed up he tried to get me to go for the speckled finish instead of pure white but I really wanted the bright white. He finished the work and brought me in to see it. It looked amazing! But there were a few spots that didn't get covered so I asked him if he could touch the spots up. He did and when he left the whole area looked fantastic. One thing I will mention is that the smell is very strong. I don't think that I understood how strong the smell would be. The bathroom is on the second floor and the smell was so strong that our family slept in the basement for the first two nights. Thankfully, over the course of the next few days it dissipated completely. If you have only one bathroom or if you have children, I would definitely suggested finding another place to stay at least the first two nights. I was so pleased with the job but over the next couple of weeks, yellowish brush marks appeared where the grout would have been. It got more yellow over time. I called Miracle Method and explained the situation and sent photos. They arranged to have someone come out to look at it. The person looked at it and informed me that the wrong material had been used to cover up the places which hadn't originally gotten coverage. The reason it turned yellow over time, I was told, was that the material didn't have UV protection. The person who came to look at it said they would fix it and we set a schedule for when they would come back. I couldn't get on their schedule for a month because they were so busy but the same gentleman who had done the original work came out again. He said he would take off the material that had yellowed and would airbrush the spots. He told me that they had changed the process so the material he accidentally used would only be used as a base coating. He did the work swiftly and invited me to look at the result. It looked amazing as it had when he had first done the work. I kept my eye on it to see if anything would turn yellow but he definitely corrected the problem. It gives me great joy every time I use the tub. I appreciated that even though a mistake was made, they corrected the mistake and the end result is beautiful.

Great. Very clean, the bathtub looked sparkling and beautiful when completed. 1st day to prep and apply the paint, 2nd day to polish and clean-up. Smell was strong but we kept the bathroom door shut all night with a vent blowing air out the bathroom window.
