Miller Consulting Engineers

Jeff from Miller came up with suggestions on small changes to my original design that saved me more than the cost of their fees in materials. They provided me with plans in .pdf format and when the county wanted hard copies had no compunctions in sending them. They even liased and fielded questions from the county while I was out of town at one point. I would not hesitate to use them again.

After a bulge appeared in on my wall I engaged Miller Consulting Engineers to inspect it and advise me. The engineer that came out looked at it rapped the wall and charge $300 to tell me the only way to find out what the problem was would be to open up the wall. He didn?t have a moisture detector and was quoted the price in advance, but was disappointed not to be given any helpful information.

I was very pleased. They are extremely professional, patient, and punctual. Came up with great suggestions for solving problems and useful advice. I had total trust in their engineering expertise. The project would have been much less expensive, but I made a lot of changes, due to my inexperience and the fact that our architect was horrible and gave poor guidance and advice. They are not inexpensive, but worth every penny. Paul Albertine and Glenn Wilson were friendly and wonderful to work with.

They did a great job, came in within the quote, and got done ahead of schedule. I am very happy!

Visited project site the same day I called them. Developed specification within a week. Provided extra feedback on plans I prepared for building permit. This allowed me to obtain permit quickly and hire contractor to successfully implement the project.
