Personable service, no hard sell. Got exactly what I wanted although I wasn't sure what that was when we started. Extremely satisfied.

FABULOUS PRODUCT, INSTALLATION, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The product had problems. It wasn't so much the install, but the product had problems. They had to come out three times and redo it. They did make it right, but it took three months.

Everything went brilliantly well. We call Metro Tint in the morning, they arrived in the afternoon, looked at the job, gave us a price and went to work. We didn't even have to make another appointment. Bob Patton was the consultant and took care of the skylight tinting, which was exceptionally high for a very reasonable price. I was super impressed with the prompt and professional service.

Leon was great. Came out and looked the job over. Al emailed me an estimate the next day. Looked good and I gave the go ahead. In about a week, Leon was back to do the work. Extremely efficient and clean-he did a great job-just like last time 12 years ago.

Excellent. They were fast, but thorough. The tint was applied perfectly. We have used them in the past and will do so again should we need any other windows tinted.

It went extremely well. The installer showed up on time and worked smoothly and efficiently. The window that I wanted tinted was challenging as it was large (6' x 6') with an "eyebrow" curve on its top. And it was above the front door. But the installer had no problems with it and, in fact, was done before I knew it. The window looks great. The installer was friendly and courteous and cleaned up thoroughly. I would use Metro Tint again for sure.

From start to finish, dealing with Metro Tint was an enjoyable experience. Bob Patton came to our home to provide an estimate two days after my initial call to the company. Bob's estimate was very reasonable and we were impressed with his representation of the company. Today Leon and Sergei arrived right on schedule and promptly and efficiently applied window tint film to our three skylights, leaving no mess behind! As soon as the film was applied (on one of the hottest days of the year), I noticed a cooling of the temperature in each area of installation.

Went very well, job was completed in less than 2 hours and installer Leo was very friendly and everything was cleaned up after the job including garbage from the job. I got 3 quotes and they were all within 5% of each other. I chose based upon proximity of their location to my house and recommendations from Angie's List.

From start to finish, working with Metro Tint was a great experience. They provided a verbal quote over the phone based on my measurements, and invited me to come by the showroom so that I could see the various films as they really look on a window (as opposed to on a tiny sample). When I decided to do the work, they were able to schedule it for later the same week. The installers arrived a bit early, worked efficiently, and explained how to take care of the film until the glue sets. Overall, I am very pleased.

Leon and Sergay were on time and after I showed them the locations of the doors and window, they brought their supplies in and went right to work. Leon worked on the master bedroom windows and Sergay did the sliding doors. Worked steadily and were quite friendly. Project completed in less time than I anticipated and the results were excellent. Leon then went over the warranty with me. Very satisfied with my overall experience.

The two installers were on time, very nice, professional, and clean. They sent some samples out in advance so that we could compare tint shades. The Vista film looks great, very smooth and clear, and better than I expected. There are no bubbles or marks of any kind, which is astounding. It took about 1 1/2 hours or so to complete. The price is reasonable compared to other quotes and anecdotal comments I found on the Internet. One more thing, the film really is lighter once it's on the window, so you may want to get the next shade up from what you like best.
