Not only does he explain what he is doing, he makes sure you understand as well. We will definitely be calling him for all computer needs and questions. If you need someone to help with your computer, I'd highly recommend Metro Computerworks....just wonderful to work with!!

+ -1 moreIt went very well; he cleaned the inside of the computer with forced air (considerable cat hair) and installed the video card. It didn't work as well initially so he installed new driver and now the computer works well, picture is excellent. He was very professional, and explained what he was doing. Only took 30 minutes.
