To sell our house, she gave us a frank assessment of our house, then staged it for us and took highly professional pictures of the property. The house sold 2 days after it was listed. We couldn't have been more pleased. Then when we were in the market to buy, she listened to our needs and showed us properties that might fit the bill. We did find the house and she was vital in the negotiations. Her follow-through is remarkable and she is very efficient with all the details. Melinda is the best advocate you can have if you have property to buy or sell, bar none.
