+ -1 moreGreg Jones has saved us a ton of money over the past year! We had been looking for a house for that long. This was the 3rd house he did an inspection on for us. The first two, which were older houses, he found so many problems due to poor maintenance or improper construction that we didn't buy either of them. The most recent house had reasonable repairs that we were able to negotiate with the seller, so we bought it. Greg is very professional, very knowledgeable and responsive, and has a great eye for detail. He also provides excellent follow-up if you have questions later on. If there were a grade better than 'A' I would give it to him. Highly recommended.

+ -1 moreTHE OWNER OF MCGREGOR HOME INSPECTIONS, GREG JONES, CAME OUT TO DO THE HOME INSPECTION. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB OF FINDING A FEW PROBLEMS THAT WERE NOT OBVIOUS TO US. HE GAVE US A LIST OF WHAT WAS INSPECTED, WHAT ITEMS WERE IN FINE WORKING ORDER AND WHAT NEEDED REPAIR EVENTUALLY OR MORE IMPORTANTLY WHAT NEEDED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION.
Description of Work: WE WERE PURCHASING A HOME IN AN ESTABLISHED NEIGHBORHOOD AND WANTED A FULL INSPECTION OF THE HOME.
