They were able to schedule me significantly sooner than any other company, and charged half as much as the other estimate I got. Dan came a few minutes earlier than scheduled, was very nice, got right to work, and the replaced window looks great.

Several years ago, I purchased a picture window from Majestic Glass, with a lifetime warranty. The window was defective, and Majestic returned and replaced the window at no charge. Six years later, the seal on the replacement window failed. Carl came out to look at the window, and he informed me that there had been problems with the glass manufacturer they used, and that they were using a different manufacturer now. He agreed that the warranty covered replacement of the picture window, but that I would be responsible for the labor on the installation. Since then, I have received nothing but a run-a-round from Majestic. They have made excuses for not doing the replacement and have not returned phone messages. I can only surmise that since they are not using the same glass manufacturer, they did not want to pay out of pocket for a new window. If I were you, I would look elsewhere for your glass needs. Hopefully, you will find an honest company that will stand behind their work.

I brought the broken windows in, some still with the broken glass in them, and they replaced the glass in the frames quickly and for a reasonable price. They were easy to work with.

Good. I called two other window companies and it took them 2 weeks (or never) to schedule an appointment. I gave up and called Majestic Glass and they were able to immediately schedule me. The two men who came to give an estimate were professional and nice and quick. They made sure they got the right measurement, even taking out one of the glasses just to make sure. We are happy with the replacements.

Majestic gave us an estimate for replacing the majority of the double hung wood windows in the house, which were in disrepair. Also an estimate was provided for replacing broken panes in our divided light windows in our sunroom. We received three quotes from three service providers. The first was for restoration of our wood windows, the second for replacement with name brand windows and last was majestic glass. One of my primary concerns was lead based paint on the windows as we have two small children and in order to deal with that and make the windows operate restoration became prohibitively expensive. The named brand windows were as well incredibly expensive and it appeared that we would be paying a premium for the warranty as buying the windows from a box store and doing it ourselves was 25% of the cost from the professional installer. Majestic was practical and affordable. Once we decided to move forward with the work they came and repaired the panes and remeasured for the replacement windows. Majestic was quick and efficient and did an excellent job. The windows were economical and have made our home infinitely more comfortable.

Carl was great to work with. Carl and another employee installed a barn style shower glass door that we previously purchased. They showed up on time and started work right away. Carl patiently answered any questions that we had and it was evident from his answers that he was well experienced with shower doors. They were very conscientious and cleaned up well. We are so happy to have our shower doors up and we would highly recommend Carl.

They gave me a price which was very competitive with other places and came out and did the job. Definitely recommend.

Their bid was very reasonable, very courteous and thorough. They were prompt in coming out to bid and they were on time for our appointment. They worked very quickly and were very careful with our furniture.

We used Majestic Glass for a residential remodel project completed in June, 2015. They supplied and installed 27 window units into our 70 year old international moderne house built in the 1940's. This was one of four major projects I have underway and Carl and Michelle at Majestic Glass distinguished themselves from all of the other bidders and contractors by: 1. Showing up on time for initial appointment. 2. Providing a written quote exactly when they said they would. 3. Beginning the work at the exact time and day they said they would. 4. Completing the work on time and without any extra charges. I would use them again without hesitation.

The glass is fine and their price is the best of the 3 Angieslist A-rated businesses I called. The price includes $50 they charged to deliver. However, when I first called to order the glass, I was told that it would be delivered in about 3 days. A week and a half later, it hadn't come so I called back. I was told that a truck was expected in about an hour and the glass was probably going to be on it. I would receive a phone call if it was. I did say that I wasn't in a huge hurry, and, sure enough, I wasn't called. A week later I called again, this time saying I really did need the glass that week as I was having company that weekend. This time they did deliver the glass.

The company contacted me promptly after I e-mailed them and, at their request, I sent them photographs of the door to help them determine whether it would be possible to replace the glass in it (one company we talked to said that it would be so complicated and would cost so much we should consider getting a new door). When he couldn't tell from the photos, Carl came out to our house and determined that the panel could indeed be replaced. He measured the glass and in less than a week, installed the new panel. He was very pleasant to deal with and did an excellent job! We would definitely use him again.

Service provider was prompt, courteous and professional. He took care to keep the workplace clean and dealt well with an unexpected problem.

The work was done very well. The process was somewhat involved in that the new units were slightly larger than the original windows. This was caused by the difference between aluminum and vinyl trim. This required cutting the existing window trim to form a tight fit. The crew was prompt and professional in every sense of the word.

My mother was there both days since I work. The first time was to measure and the second time was to install. She said they were very polite and nice people. We are happy with their work and would definitely have them again.

Carl was great! Took his time to ensure that the door/panel was installed precisely. He did it all himself, as his helper bailed on him, which was even more impressive! His price was the best of the punch. The finished install looks awesome, I would definitely use Carl again.

Arrived on time, job was done quickly and competently. Work was done a year ago and I have had no problems.

He did an excellent job and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the work. He finished the project on time and well within the cost estimate he provided. If you have aluminum frame windows and want to update them with Low E glass, Carl of Majestic Glass is you man. Despite the cold weather we have experienced our new Low E glass has cut the previous condensation problem we had on our standard double glazed windows and doors by 95 percent.

But you could not have a nicer more accommodating person to do your windows. Karl is the best.

The work on the door was mundane but executed proficiently: fast, clean and within quote. The large window was a trial for four other installers. Because scaffolding was involved all the quotes were prohibitive until Carl. After much study, he creatively devised an economic solution and won the job that he executed with elan. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone.

I had used Majestic before on some replacement glass for much newer windows in a rental townhouse, but this time, I needed some fixes on my old home. I had put off repairing several cracked windows but decided to get the all fixed in advance of a complete exterior paint job. Carl was able to fit me in almost immediately. This was great because I had parted ways with a general contractor who was supposed to fix the windows among other things, and I was in a pinch to get things ready for paint before the fall rains kicked in. Carl and his assistant did everything quickly and efficiently with a great attitude and nearly spotless cleanup afterwards. For three of the windows, they had to take out the sash from the inside due to access issues on the outside (dormers on a tall, steep roof). I got a great price and great work to go with it.

I own a rental townhouse in a complex which was built with very low-grade windows. Many of the seals have failed over time, and the window company went bankrupt years ago as a result. But rather than completely replace the windows, Carl was able to simply replace the glass inserts, saving a bunch of money. A few of the owners in the complex hired him together, so he offered a discount. For me, he replaced both sides of a sliding patio door and two other windows. He took measurements and then returned in a couple weeks when the inserts arrived. He was very efficient and professional, and he has a great attitude about his work. I was very happy with how smooth and easy the whole experience was, and I just hired him again for some glass replacement on my main house (separate review coming soon).

I phoned them a week ago, then sent an email with pictures and details of the shower setup I had and what I was looking for. It's now a week later and I still haven't heard any response from them. I contacted them because of their grade in Angie's List. But this is definitely not an A Grade way to be in business.
