MAID TO PERFECTION

After three hours, one of the cleaners said she didn't have time to finish the kitchen. What she had accomplished was very poor and substandard. I also inspected the bathrooms and discovered that the shower upstairs wasn't cleaned and they had missed several spots. The downstairs bathroom was the same story. The overall experience was horrible. I would never use them again. We tried to talk to someone after the cleaning but our messages were not returned

They didn't make my bed. They also broke my shower doors.

I had bought the groupon that had Maid To Perfection. I was really very angry with the house cleaning company because the groupon does the full house cleaning of 3000 sqft and they only came and did 2 hours of job. The groupon was new shopper's edition and they did a good job. They didn't honor the coupon because they were in maintenance with LivingSocial to do. I spoke to the manager and they said that they don't have to deal with me as they were contracted with LivingSocial. They did a great job, but I didn't get all that I was promised. It was $79 with the groupon. They charged me $79 for 2 hours of work. They were right on time. The girls were pleasant and it wasn't their fault. The manager was not pleasant. The girls' professionalism was fine.

They do an excellent job. They do what they advertise and they do it well.

THEY'RE ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, BUT THEY DON'T DO A GOOD CLEANING. PRICE IS PER CLEANING, FOR 2100 SQUARE FEET

PLEASE LET ME BEGIN BY SAYING THE PEOPLE SENT TO CLEAN COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER, BUT THE ESTIMATE FOR MANPOWER WAS INADEQUATE. I COULD HAVE GIVEN THE HOUSE THIS QUICK ONCE OVER. WAS LOOKING FOR DEEP CLEAN BEFORE MOVING IN. SUPERVISOR CAME OUT TO PICK UP LADDER IN ABOUT A WEEK AND COULD SEE THE PROBLEMS. OFFERED A PARTIAL REFUND THAT NEVER CAME. ALL PERSONNEL WERE PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE, BUT SURE EXPECTED MORE. WINDOWS WERE GREAT.
