house cleaning
+ -1 moreI've been using this company for several years. They changed ownership about 1 year ago and service has been degrading since then. The cleaning is not as thorough, they don't seem to be able to keep track of their billing and lately I've had issues with reliability. They never answer their phone and are slow to return phone calls. I suspect they are having some significant problems. I would not sign up as a new customer today and am on Angie's List now to find a new service.
Description of Work: Bi-weekly house cleaning.

+ -1 moreI ASKED THE REPRESENTATIVE TO COME OUT AND TAKE A LOOK AT MY HOME. I LIVE ON A HILL. AFTER WALKING DOWN THE STAIRS, HE REFUSED TO COME INTO THE HOUSE TO TAKE A LOOK. THIS WAS AFTER I TOLD HIM THAT HIS CREW COULD USE OUR VACUUM AND CLEANING MATERIALS. QUITE RUDE.
Description of Work: WOULDN'T EVEN BID ON DOING WORK FOR ME.

+ -1 moreI AM VERY PLEASED. I RECOMMENDED THEM TO MANY PEOPLE. I THINK IT IS THEIR HONESTY. I CAN LEAVE MY HOUSE OPEN, AND NOTHING HAS EVER BEEN STOLEN, BROKEN, OR MOVED.
