Very expedient in getting ahold of me...appointment same day...very knowledgeable and professional...was able to set work date for the next day...completed the work as expected...would be using them again, if need be.

They installed 2 mini splits. I purchase them myself. Most HVAC contractors wonâ t install units they canâ t sell to you.

I got several bids for my project and Magic Mikeâ s was hands down the best at explaining the difference between options and also worked hard to come up with an option that fit my goals and budget. Everyone who worked on the project was very friendly and knowledgeable and Iâ m super happy with my new heat pump. While I'm not a subject matter expert on HVAC systems, I find Magic Mike's to be trust worthy, prompt and not extraordinarily expensive.

Front office staff was quick and efficient getting the visit scheduled. Mike was great - laid out several options for repair and mitigation, very straightforward and easy to work with. Will definitely be using again.

I was BEYOND PLEASED!!! I will be having Magic Mikes be my heating specialist from now on. We talked SEVERAL options for my needs. Mine took so much time to explain the pros and cons of everything I was wanting to understand.

Mike was available, so we hired him. It was a good move. He diagnosed the issue with our heat pump quickly, made the adjustments, explained everything clearly, helped us with our thermostat, and was on his way. We paid the service fee and nothing extra. Mike was patient and nice. All around, it was a good experience and I would hire Mike again with no reservations.

Mike came out to do an evaluation on the outdoor unit after we had received an outrageous quote. His was far less than half the initial quote we got. Not only was his quote less, he found that the unit was still under warranty and scheduled a repair and maintenance appointment. Glen came out and did the repair work, not only taking care of the outdoor unit, but also made some needed adjustments to the indoor unit as well. I would absolutely use this company again and will more than likely call them for tune-up services.

Tell them everything, they may have never heard of your problem. I mentioned that the air blew too much and that it bothered my eyes. They fixed the problem with the fan settings.
