+ 5 moreI recently had Lucius paint our home exterior. He spent a great deal of time prepping (which included wood work, power wash, etc.). He put two coats of paint; the first using a brush. He does it because he says it is the right thing to do and it will last longer. The house looks great. He completed it when he said he would and charged what he said he would.
Description of Work: I highly recommend using Lucius home services for just about anything you need done for your home. Over the past three years, I have used Lucius for: 1. Home repair 2. Interior painting 3. Exterior painting 4. Hot water heater replacement 5. Bathroom floor replacement 6. Garage door repair Each job has been done very professionally and for a very fair price. The price he quotes is the price you pay. Lucius will spend extra time making sure that the job is done correctly as his reputation is on the line. He always cleans up afterwards, will not come into the house without taking off his shoes, and will not work in the house until he has protected the carpet.
